Esta medida busca evitar la caza furtiva y garantizar la preservaci\u00f3n de la fauna local.<\/p>\n<p>Los tramperos son dispositivos utilizados para capturar animales silvestres en libertad, afectando su conservaci\u00f3n y diversidad. La decisi\u00f3n se fundamenta en la Ley N.\u00b0 606-L, que protege la flora y fauna provincial, y en la Ley N.\u00b0 607-L, que establece el r\u00e9gimen sancionatorio ante su vulneraci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan esta normativa, quienes lesionen, capturen o tengan en cautiverio animales silvestres sin autorizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1n enfrentar sanciones que incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"listaCuerpo\">\n<li>Multas de hasta 250.000 U.T. ($25.000.000)<\/li>\n<li>Arresto de hasta 60 d\u00edas<\/li>\n<li>Decomiso de los elementos utilizados en la infracci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Resoluci\u00f3n 162-SEAyDS-2025 establece que en un plazo de 60 d\u00edas a partir de su entrada en vigencia, quienes posean o comercialicen tramperos deber\u00e1n destruirlos o adaptarlos a jaulas ordinarias que no puedan usarse como trampas. Una vez vencido este plazo, la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente implementar\u00e1 controles para el secuestro y destrucci\u00f3n de estos dispositivos.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de esta medida, tambi\u00e9n se crear\u00e1 un registro de infractores y de los elementos de caza decomisados, con el objetivo de reforzar las acciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, San Juan reafirma su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad y el cumplimiento de las leyes ambientales, promoviendo una convivencia arm\u00f3nica con el entorno natural.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente de San Juan ha dispuesto la prohibici\u00f3n de la comercializaci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y tenencia de jaulas tipo tramperos en todo el territorio provincial.
