La iniciativa fue tratada en la segunda sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, presidida por el vicepresidente primero del Poder Legislativo, diputado Enzo Cornejo.<\/p>\n<p>La diputada Alejandra Leonardo, al presentar los fundamentos, destac\u00f3 que el incremento de las multas y la incorporaci\u00f3n de d\u00edas de arresto para quienes cometan actos de maltrato animal buscan disuadir el abuso y financiar programas de rescate, adem\u00e1s de enviar un mensaje claro de que la crueldad hacia los animales no ser\u00e1 tolerada.<\/p>\n<p>Las diputadas Mar\u00eda Lascano, Cristina L\u00f3pez y Fernanda Paredes tambi\u00e9n participaron del debate, aportando sus perspectivas sobre la importancia de reforzar estas sanciones.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Modificaciones clave en la normativa<\/h2>\n<p>La reforma introduce cambios en los art\u00edculos 27, 28, 29 y 35 de la ley, estableciendo sanciones m\u00e1s severas:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtitulo\"><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n de infracciones (Art\u00edculo 27):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listaCuerpo\">\n<li>Las faltas leves tendr\u00e1n multas de entre 150 y 300 JUS.<\/li>\n<li>Faltas graves (Art\u00edculo 28):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se aplicar\u00e1n sanciones de entre 300 y 1500 JUS a quienes incumplan normativas esenciales, reincidan en faltas leves, modifiquen sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n de animales o incumplan las condiciones de los hogares de tr\u00e1nsito, entre otras infracciones.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"listaCuerpo\">\n<li>Faltas muy graves (Art\u00edculo 29):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Multas de entre 1500 y 9000 JUS o arresto de 5 a 20 d\u00edas, reemplazable por trabajos comunitarios en centros de protecci\u00f3n animal.<\/p>\n<p>Acciones como permitir que un animal ataque a una persona en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, esterilizar animales sin control veterinario o reincidir en faltas graves ser\u00e1n sancionadas.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtitulo\"><strong>Destino de las multas (Art\u00edculo 35):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listaCuerpo\">\n<li>El 70% de lo recaudado se destinar\u00e1 a programas de rescate y rehabilitaci\u00f3n, esterilizaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>El 30% restante financiar\u00e1 la informatizaci\u00f3n e infraestructura de los juzgados contravencionales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta reforma refuerza el compromiso de la provincia con la protecci\u00f3n animal y la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la tenencia responsable, asegurando que quienes cometan actos de crueldad enfrenten sanciones m\u00e1s severas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un esfuerzo por fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los animales y fomentar la tenencia responsable, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de San Juan aprob\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley Provincial 2005-L.
