La medida fue\u00a0difundida a trav\u00e9s del Bolet\u00edn Oficial y\u00a0se fundamenta en la revisi\u00f3n de su desempe\u00f1o durante el ejercicio de sus funciones. Heredia hab\u00eda sido suspendida previamente por la gesti\u00f3n anterior del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n tras denuncias de acoso laboral y violencia psicol\u00f3gica hacia docentes<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe administrativo, la exvicerrectora incurri\u00f3 en varios incumplimientos de sus funciones, como faltar a reuniones de trabajo y abandonar tareas de gesti\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se le atribuyen conductas que generaron problemas en diferentes \u00e1reas del establecimiento. Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0Heredia incurri\u00f3 en \u00abinconductas que causaron inconvenientes en todas las \u00e1reas y niveles del establecimiento\u00bb, adem\u00e1s de ser\u00a0se\u00f1alada por acoso laboral, violencia laboral y psicol\u00f3gica contra docentes. Tras calificar sus actuaciones como &#8216;faltas graves&#8217;, se procedi\u00f3 a su desvinculaci\u00f3n de manera definitiva.<\/p>\n<p>En el contexto de la investigaci\u00f3n que culmin\u00f3 con su destituci\u00f3n, el Gabinete T\u00e9cnico Interdisciplinario recomend\u00f3 que Heredia fuera sometida a un tratamiento psicol\u00f3gico y psiqui\u00e1trico para evaluar su capacidad laboral. Esta recomendaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 la solicitud de informes sobre su asistencia y estado de salud ante las autoridades correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este proceso, tambi\u00e9n fue separada de su cargo la rectora de la instituci\u00f3n, aunque hasta el momento no hay un dictamen definitivo respecto a su situaci\u00f3n laboral.
