Y refiri\u00f3 que la operaci\u00f3n aprovechar\u00e1 la complementariedad territorial y de clientes de ambas empresas y la <strong>mayor capacidad de inversi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\"><strong>\u201cLa operaci\u00f3n aprovechar\u00e1 la complementariedad territorial y de clientes de ambas empresas y la mayor capacidad de inversi\u00f3n, posibilitando que sus soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas y sus servicios tengan la misma calidad para todos sus clientes<\/strong> sin importar en qu\u00e9 zona se encuentren. <strong>Esto le dar\u00e1 al mercado argentino est\u00e1ndares internacionales<\/strong> y fortaleza competitiva en t\u00e9rminos de velocidad, ancho de banda y confiabilidad de red\u201d, afirmaron.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\"><strong>\u201cCon esta operaci\u00f3n, Telecom demuestra una vez m\u00e1s su vocaci\u00f3n de seguir invirtiendo en la Argentina, <\/strong>en el marco de las condiciones macroecon\u00f3micas actuales, que suman certeza y estabilidad a la inversi\u00f3n privada y competitiva\u201d, asegur\u00f3 <strong>Roberto Nobile, CEO de Telecom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Adem\u00e1s, dijeron que <strong>la operaci\u00f3n se da en un marco de \u201ccreciente consolidaci\u00f3n de la industria de telecomunicaciones<\/strong> en el mundo, que experimenta grandes transformaciones entre las que se incluyen la aparici\u00f3n de nuevos actores y tecnolog\u00edas trasnacionales, la demanda de capacidad y el uso intensivo de redes por parte de grandes plataformas globales, y la necesidad de articular sinergias de infraestructura y servicios para satisfacer un tr\u00e1fico que se incrementa exponencialmente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Por ejemplo, el a\u00f1o pasado el regulador brasile\u00f1o de competencia, CADE, dio luz verde a la adquisici\u00f3n de la filial brasile\u00f1a de la colombiana Internexa por parte de\u00a0<strong>Megatelecom,<\/strong>\u00a0operador brasile\u00f1o de telecomunicaciones B2B<em>.\u00a0<\/em>De esta manera, Megatelecom se estren\u00f3 en el segmento de redes troncales de fibra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Por otro lado, el fondo de inversi\u00f3n estadounidense\u00a0<strong>KKR\u00a0<\/strong>anunci\u00f3 un acuerdo para adquirir 1100 torres inal\u00e1mbricas de manos de la filial Tigo Colombia de Millicom.
