El motivo deriva de la escasez de agua que azota a la comunidad desde hace tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Las fallas en el servicio del agua\u00a0es un problema sin resolver para los vecinos del Barrio 28 de Agosto. Y es que, desde hace a\u00f1os, vienen reclamando por una mejora en el sistema, ya que, por las altas temperaturas que golpearon a la provincia durante el verano, el agua no sube a los tanques y, seg\u00fan uno de los habitantes, el problema deriva de la falta de inversiones por parte de OSSE para ampliar la red. Asimismo, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cel encargado de la empresa en el departamento nos dijo que solo est\u00e1n para proveer el agua con lo que tienen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Es por eso que los residentes se reunieron en la plaza del departamento para firmar una nota para que llegue al gobernador y tome las determinaciones necesarias para resolver su conflicto. La\u00a0decisi\u00f3n es consecuencia de la reuni\u00f3n que tuvieron con el intendente, Mat\u00edas Espejo, el Concejo Deliberante y el jefe de OSSE de J\u00e1chal. Los vecinos aseguraron que en\u00a0aquella asamblea tampoco les ofrecieron soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la continua construcci\u00f3n de barrios en el departamento genera incertidumbre en los habitantes, que se preguntan c\u00f3mo distribuir\u00e1n el agua, que ya es escasa. Los jachalleros piden que los responsables se hagan cargo de llevar adelante las obras que sean necesarias para solucionar el problema. \u201cHace a\u00f1os que OSSE no hace una inversi\u00f3n para paliar la situaci\u00f3n\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el vecino, quien decidi\u00f3 mantenerse en el anonimato.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se encarg\u00f3 de aclarar que \u201cno es una manifestaci\u00f3n, sino que se trata de una movilizaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica\u201d.
