Lo confirm\u00f3 mediante el decreto de necesidad y urgencia 116\/2025, publicado este jueves en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. Minutos antes el vocero presidencial, <strong>Manuel Adorni<\/strong>,  hab\u00eda anunciado la novedad en un posteo de X.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan precis\u00f3 el Gobierno, la decisi\u00f3n busca <strong>modernizar la estructura operativa y jur\u00eddica del banco<\/strong>, para alinearlo con pr\u00e1ctica corporativo internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n acaba de firmar el decreto que transforma al Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina en Sociedad An\u00f3nima. Dios bendiga a la Rep\u00fablica Argentina. Fin\u201d, fue el mensaje difundido en redes sociales por Manuel Adorni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacadoNota\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/politica\/en-medio-del-escandalo-libra-el-senado-discutira-las-paso-ley-antimafias-juicio-en-ausencia-y-reiterancia.phtml\">En medio del esc\u00e1ndalo $LIBRA, el Senado discutir\u00e1 las PASO, ley antimafias, juicio en ausencia y reiterancia<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Luego en el decreto se estableci\u00f3 que el nombre pasar\u00e1 a ser <strong>Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina Sociedad An\u00f3nima<\/strong> (BNA S.A.) y que seguir\u00e1 siendo <strong>controlado mayoritariamente por el Estado nacional<\/strong>, que tendr\u00e1 el 99,9 % de las acciones, mientras que la Fundaci\u00f3n Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina tendr\u00e1 el 0,1 % restante.<\/p>\n<p>En el comienzo de la gesti\u00f3n, el Gobierno de Javier Milei hab\u00eda incluido al Banco Naci\u00f3n en la lista de <strong>empresas a privatizar<\/strong>. Pero despu\u00e9s, en el marco de la discusi\u00f3n en el Congreso, la entidad fue excluida.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ese momento, el objetivo de Daniel Tillard, presidente del BNA, fue avanzar en la transformaci\u00f3n del banco, que es el m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, en una sociedad an\u00f3nima- El espejo es el <strong>Banco do Brasil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los argumentos para esta decisi\u00f3n?  \u00abLa transformaci\u00f3n en SA es imprescindible para que el Banco contin\u00fae aumentando los pr\u00e9stamos a favor de las PyMEs y las familias.
