El organismo present\u00f3 cargos \u00abcontra 34 personas<\/strong> acusadas de incitar y ejecutar actos contrarios a los Tres Poderes y al Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Derecho\u00bb, dijo en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
\u00abLa organizaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda como l\u00edderes al entonces presidente de la Rep\u00fablica (Jair Bolsonaro) y su candidato a vicepresidente (Walter Braga Netto)\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bolsonaro fue acusado principalmente de los delitos de \u00abgolpe de Estado\u00bb, \u00abtentativa de abolici\u00f3n violenta del Estado democr\u00e1tico de derecho\u00bb y \u00aborganizaci\u00f3n criminal armada\u00bb, seg\u00fan el mensaje de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El ente acusador bas\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n en \u00abmanuscritos, archivos digitales, planillas e intercambios de mensajes que revelan el esquema de ruptura del orden democr\u00e1tico\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00abLas investigaciones revelaron la operaci\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n de un golpe en el que se barajaba incluso la muerte del presidente electo de la Rep\u00fablica (Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva) y su vicepresidente (Geraldo Alckmin), adem\u00e1s de un juez\u00bb de la corte suprema, detall\u00f3 la PGR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sin embargo, los acusados hicieron \u00abun ultimo intento\u00bb el 8 de enero de 2023, cuando simpatizantes de Bolsonaro atacaron las sedes de los poderes estatales en Brasilia, \u00abincentivados\u00bb por el expresidente y sus colaboradores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
