La Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) cre\u00f3 el monotributo para facilitar las obligaciones impositivas de peque\u00f1os y medianos comerciantes o prestadores de servicios en el pago de una sola cuota. Si no abon\u00e1s por un tiempo determinado la cuota del monotributo, la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos<\/strong> puede excluirte<\/strong> del r\u00e9gimen y tendr\u00e1s una serie de consecuencias<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

En qu\u00e9 consta el monotributo<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Impositivo:<\/strong> contempla una porci\u00f3n de IVA<\/strong> y Ganancias<\/strong> unificados.<\/li>\n
  • Aportes jubilatorios:<\/strong> Este \u00edtem no lo pagan los monotributistas que adem\u00e1s son empleados en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, ya que se hace cargo de esto el empleador.<\/li>\n
  • Obra social<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos meses se puede estar sin pagar el monotributo?<\/h2>\n

    En caso de que los contribuyentes del monotributo no cumplan con sus obligaciones<\/strong> por un periodo de diez meses consecutivos<\/strong>, la AFIP <\/strong>los bajar\u00e1 de forma autom\u00e1tica <\/strong>del r\u00e9gimen simplificado.<\/p>\n

    Esto no impide que luego de saldar todas las deudas <\/strong>y canceladas las obligaciones, se pueda volver a ingresar al r\u00e9gimen.<\/strong> Se debe tener en cuenta que al tener deudas, se generan intereses y a medida que pasa el tiempo los intereses resarcitorios se acumular\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

    Del mismo modo, al quedar suspendido del monotributo, se dejar\u00e1 de aportar a la futura jubilaci\u00f3n y a la obra social. <\/p>\n

    \u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo hay que esperar para volver a darse de alta en el monotributo?<\/h2>\n

    El tiempo que hay que esperar para volver a darse de alta en el monotributo depende de la situaci\u00f3n en la que se encuentre la persona y el motivo por el que se haya dado de baja.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Aquellas personas a las que AFIP haya bajado de manera autom\u00e1tica<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n reingresar luego de haber cumplido con las deudas pendientes<\/strong>. Podr\u00e1n regularizar su situaci\u00f3n por alguno de los medios de pago habituales o con la presentaci\u00f3n de un plan de pagos.<\/p>\n

    Los monotributistas <\/strong>que fueron excluidos<\/strong> del r\u00e9gimen simplificado, podr\u00e1n volver a ingresar al sistema<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de transcurridos tres a\u00f1os <\/strong>calendarios posteriores a la exclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

    AFIP: causas por las que se puede excluir a un monotributista<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • La suma de los ingresos brutos obtenidos superan el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo del monotributo.<\/li>\n
    • los par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos o monto de alquiler superan el m\u00e1ximo permitido.<\/li>\n
    • el precio unitario de venta de un producto supere los montos establecidos.<\/li>\n
    • adquieran bienes o realicen gastos con un valor incompatible con los ingresos declarados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Fececo <\/p>\n

        \n
      • haya realizado importaciones para su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
      • realicen m\u00e1s de tres actividades comerciales simult\u00e1neas.<\/li>\n
      • si sus compras o ventas o prestaciones de servicios no est\u00e1n respaldadas por sus facturas o documentos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Si el monotributista <\/strong>finaliz\u00f3 la actividad por la que ingres\u00f3 al monotributo y se dio de baja<\/strong> \u00e9l mismo del r\u00e9gimen por esta raz\u00f3n, se podr\u00e1 volver a adherir <\/strong>cuando retome la misma actividad o alguna otra actividad dentro del r\u00e9gimen simplificado.<\/p>\n

        A este tipo de baja se le llama baja por cese de actividades,<\/strong> renuncia o pase al r\u00e9gimen general.<\/p>\n
