Sin embargo, el \u00e9xito tur\u00edstico ha revelado la necesidad de reforzar el personal en el sector de hoteler\u00eda y gastronom\u00eda, lo que ha llevado a los empresarios a buscar soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>Fabio Nievas, representante de la C\u00e1mara Hotelera Gastron\u00f3mica de San Juan, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de ampliar la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal en el sector. Aunque se han realizado avances significativos en este aspecto, a\u00fan existe una escasez de personal capacitado. La falta de personal y la carencia de formaci\u00f3n se han convertido en un problema significativo para las empresas del sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNecesitamos fortalecer nuestro personal. Hemos avanzado mucho en capacitaci\u00f3n, pero a\u00fan necesitamos m\u00e1s. En muchas ocasiones, la falta de personal y la falta de formaci\u00f3n de quienes se encuentran disponibles representan un problema considerable\u00bb, destac\u00f3 Nievas. Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que se han establecido convenios con el gobierno, la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Cuyo y los municipios para brindar capacitaci\u00f3n, y que continuar\u00e1n trabajando en este aspecto.<\/p>\n<p>Nievas resalt\u00f3 que los empresarios del sector se organizan mejor gracias al calendario del Bureau de Eventos de San Juan, lo que les permite anticiparse y planificar las necesidades de personal. Seg\u00fan sus declaraciones, durante el fin de semana se logr\u00f3 cubrir todos los servicios necesarios gracias al compromiso de los empleados y a la planificaci\u00f3n previa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Turismo y Cultura, durante el fin de semana largo del 25 al 28 de mayo, la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera en San Juan alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord del 97%. El flujo tur\u00edstico proven\u00eda tanto de distintos puntos del pa\u00eds como del extranjero, lo que gener\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n tur\u00edstica total de $556.555.861,60.<\/p>\n<p>Las localidades de Calingasta, Valle F\u00e9rtil y el Gran San Juan fueron las que registraron los porcentajes m\u00e1s altos de ocupaci\u00f3n. Calingasta y Valle F\u00e9rtil alcanzaron una ocupaci\u00f3n del 100%, seguidas por el Gran San Juan con un 98%. Iglesia registr\u00f3 un 94% de ocupaci\u00f3n, mientras que J\u00e1chal alcanz\u00f3 un 91%.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e9xito tur\u00edstico de San Juan durante este fin de semana ha puesto de manifiesto la necesidad de fortalecer la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal en el sector de hoteler\u00eda y gastronom\u00eda.
