En medio de una multitud entusiasta que se congreg\u00f3 en el microcentro de la ciudad, un sanjuanino destacado, Pablo Tejada Ruiz, logr\u00f3 llegar a la gran final entre los seis finalistas, pero fue un representante de Formosa quien se alz\u00f3 con el premio mayor.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este campeonato es promocionar la gastronom\u00eda nacional y honrar la tradici\u00f3n del asado argentino. Cada provincia del pa\u00eds estuvo representada por un experto parrillero, y en esta ocasi\u00f3n, Germ\u00e1n Caballero, oriundo de Formosa, se consagr\u00f3 como el nuevo campe\u00f3n federal.<\/p>\n<p>El concurso consisti\u00f3 en tres grupos de ocho asadores, quienes debieron cocinar cuatro cortes de carne y verduras en un tiempo l\u00edmite de una hora. El jurado evalu\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica, el sabor y la presentaci\u00f3n de los platos, seleccionando a los dos mejores de cada grupo para avanzar a la fase final. Miles de personas se acercaron para presenciar el evento, que cont\u00f3 con 50 puestos de venta de platos asados de distintas regiones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de una ma\u00f1ana emocionante y re\u00f1ida, se definieron los finalistas, quienes compitieron cocinando otros cortes de carne para determinar al campe\u00f3n. Los representantes de Salta, Chaco, Formosa, Buenos Aires, San Juan y Entre R\u00edos fueron los finalistas, pero finalmente fue la provincia de Formosa la que se llev\u00f3 los laureles.<\/p>\n<p>Para Pablo Tejada Ruiz, un talentoso parrillero de 35 a\u00f1os originario de J\u00e1chal, San Juan, llegar a la final fue un gran logro. Desde su infancia, estuvo involucrado en el mundo de la gastronom\u00eda y ya ha obtenido el t\u00edtulo de campe\u00f3n del asado en San Mart\u00edn en dos ocasiones.<\/p>\n<p>El Campeonato Federal del Asado no solo resalta las habilidades culinarias de los participantes, sino que tambi\u00e9n promueve la diversidad de sabores y t\u00e9cnicas que existen en la preparaci\u00f3n del asado en cada regi\u00f3n de Argentina.
