De acuerdo con el cronograma acordado, corresponde un aumento del <strong>4% m\u00e1s un bono no remunerativo de $30.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-36678\">El incremento llega despu\u00e9s del esquema aplicado durante septiembre, cuando <strong>no hubo una actualizaci\u00f3n porcentual y se estableci\u00f3 una suma de $40.000<\/strong>. En noviembre no habr\u00e1 un nuevo incremento porcentual, pero los trabajadores recibir\u00e1n una suma no remunerativa de $50.000.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-53460\">Para diciembre, en tanto, est\u00e1 previsto <strong>otro aumento del 4% y un bono de $40.000<\/strong>. El esquema seguir\u00e1 durante los primeros tres meses de 2027, con actualizaciones salariales y pagos extraordinarios.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-30953\">El cronograma establecido qued\u00f3 de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"p-1790594879489-52163\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-88072\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-72540\"><strong>Octubre 2026:<\/strong> aumento del 4% + $30.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-4465\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-344\"> <strong>Noviembre 2026:<\/strong> sin aumento porcentual + $50.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-16160\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-23577\"> <strong>Diciembre 2026:<\/strong> aumento del 4% + $40.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-76565\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-44392\"> <strong>Enero 2027:<\/strong> aumento del 2% + $40.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-26175\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-72373\"> <strong>Febrero 2027:<\/strong> sin aumento porcentual + $40.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"p-1790594879489-48327\">\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-3755\"> <strong>Marzo 2027:<\/strong> aumento del 3,5% + $25.000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"p-1790594879489-35887\">Cu\u00e1nto aumentar\u00e1n los salarios metal\u00fargicos hasta 2027<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-89667\">Con la aplicaci\u00f3n completa del acuerdo, <strong>los salarios alcanzar\u00e1n una suba acumulada del 23,5% al 1\u00b0 de abril de 2027<\/strong>. A partir de esa fecha, adem\u00e1s, se aplicar\u00e1 un incremento del 4% que funcionar\u00e1 como base para las futuras negociaciones salariales.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-89692\">Ese porcentaje <strong>no se agregar\u00e1 nuevamente al 23,5% acumulado<\/strong>, sino que ser\u00e1 utilizado como referencia para las pr\u00f3ximas discusiones entre la UOM y las c\u00e1maras empresarias.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1790594879489-66885\">El acuerdo tambi\u00e9n contempla una <strong>cl\u00e1usula de revisi\u00f3n salarial<\/strong> para analizar la evoluci\u00f3n de la inflaci\u00f3n y su impacto sobre los ingresos.
