Este martes se abrieron los sobres con los ofrecimientos de los grupos empresarios que buscan quedarse con<strong> la mayor\u00eda del paquete accionario<\/strong> de la compa\u00f1\u00eda responsable del servicio de agua potable del <strong>\u00c1rea Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA)<\/strong>. Una vez completado ese paso, los grupos que cumplan con los requisitos del pliego quedar\u00e1n habilitados para presentar la oferta econ\u00f3mica. Reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed se definir\u00e1 al ganador.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1789482755015-95589\">Durante su conferencia de prensa este martes, el <strong>vocero presidencial, Adri\u00e1n Ravier<\/strong>, hizo referencia a la novedad. Afirm\u00f3 que <strong>AySA<\/strong> \u00abera un perfecto ejemplo de disfunci\u00f3n administrativa\u00bb. All\u00ed se contempla inversiones equivalentes a m\u00e1s de <strong>u$s2.000 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1789483273970-80251\">El contrato fija metas de cobertura para 2031 de 75% en agua y 64% en cloacas, y metas m\u00ednimas del 90% y 75%, respectivamente, al t\u00e9rmino de los 30 a\u00f1os de concesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1789483539309-21709\">En ese plan de acci\u00f3n 2027-2031 corresponde el primer ciclo tarifario de cinco a\u00f1os. Durante ese per\u00edodo, el gobierno explic\u00f3 que \u00abel esquema establece que el nivel tarifario vigente al momento de su presentaci\u00f3n se mantenga constante en t\u00e9rminos reales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1789483774401-951\" class=\"\"><strong>El Gobierno ya hab\u00eda aprobado a fines de abril los contratos<\/strong> de concesi\u00f3n <strong>por 30 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. El contrato contempla, adem\u00e1s, la posibilidad de <strong>extender la concesi\u00f3n por hasta 10 a\u00f1os <\/strong>adicionales. <strong>Abarcar\u00e1 el 51% de las acciones que tiene el Estado <\/strong>en la compa\u00f1\u00eda que<strong\/> provee de agua potable y cloaca en el AMBA y que incluye a 14 millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1789483774401-3707\" class=\"\">M\u00e1s adelante, en una segunda etapa, se realizar\u00e1 una<strong> oferta p\u00fablica inicial para colocar un 39% de las acciones en la Bolsa<\/strong>.
