El Banco Central participa como agente t\u00e9cnico de la operatoria y se encarga de llevar adelante las licitaciones.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-70599\" class=\"\">En la primera ronda <strong>se ofrecieron $200.000 millones<\/strong>. Se presentaron 18 entidades, con 42 posturas por un total de $258.640 millones, por lo que la demanda super\u00f3 el monto disponible.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-31393\" class=\"\">La adjudicaci\u00f3n se reparti\u00f3 entre dos plazos. <strong>A un a\u00f1o se colocaron $35.570 millones<\/strong>, con una tasa promedio de UVA m\u00e1s 2,67%, mientras que otros $164.429 millones quedaron a cinco a\u00f1os, con UVA m\u00e1s 4,94%. M\u00e1s del 80% del dinero se concentr\u00f3 en el tramo m\u00e1s largo.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-10888\" class=\"\">El esquema completo contempla diez licitaciones de $200.000 millones cada una, <strong>hasta alcanzar $2 billones<\/strong>. Los cr\u00e9ditos podr\u00e1n destinarse a la compra, construcci\u00f3n, ampliaci\u00f3n o refacci\u00f3n de la primera vivienda.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-88693\" class=\"\">Con esas condiciones, cada banco podr\u00e1 lanzar un producto nuevo o adaptar alguna de las l\u00edneas hipotecarias que ya tenga vigentes.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p-1788979601687-25811\">Los 13 bancos adjudicados y la llegada de las nuevas l\u00edneas<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-85263\" class=\"\">De las 18 entidades que participaron de la licitaci\u00f3n, <strong>13 consiguieron una parte de los $200.000 millones<\/strong> y otras cinco quedaron afuera. El comunicado con los resultados no detall\u00f3 cu\u00e1les fueron los bancos adjudicatarios ni cu\u00e1nto recibi\u00f3 cada uno.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1788979601687-35731\">Las entidades<strong> tendr\u00e1n 90 d\u00edas para colocar los recursos <\/strong>y los primeros pr\u00e9stamos vinculados con el programa podr\u00edan aparecer entre octubre y noviembre.
