Entre las mayores subas interanuales sobresalieron el <strong>rubro \u00abresto\u00bb<\/strong>, que incluye <strong>grifer\u00eda, tubos de acero sin costura y vidrio<\/strong> para la construcci\u00f3n, con un salto de <strong>30,8%;<\/strong> los <strong>art\u00edculos sanitarios de cer\u00e1mica (10,7%),<\/strong> <strong>las placas de yeso (10,5%), los ladrillos huecos (7,1%), las cales (5,7%) y el hierro redondo y los aceros para la construcci\u00f3n (4,6%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1786130481662-65151\" class=\"\">En contraste, el <strong>asfalto <\/strong>cay\u00f3 <strong>17,1%,<\/strong> los <strong>mosaicos gran\u00edticos y calc\u00e1reos<\/strong> retrocedieron <strong>13,6%,<\/strong> mientras que tambi\u00e9n disminuyeron el <strong>consumo de pinturas, hormig\u00f3n elaborado y cemento portland (-1,2%).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 id=\"p-1786130577404-38443\"> Empleo<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1786130209958-773\" class=\"\">Los indicadores vinculados al empleo muestran una recuperaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s moderada. En mayo, los <strong>puestos de trabajo registrados en la construcci\u00f3n crecieron apenas 0,8% interanual<\/strong>, hasta alcanzar 377.438 trabajadores. El acumulado de los primeros cinco meses del a\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n arroja una mejora de solo 0,8%, lejos del dinamismo que hist\u00f3ricamente acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a los ciclos expansivos del sector.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1786130209958-2379\" class=\"\">En paralelo, la <strong>superficie autorizada para construir registr\u00f3 una baja de 6,1% interanual en mayo<\/strong>, aunque el acumulado de los primeros cinco meses todav\u00eda mantiene un <strong>crecimiento de 4,5%<\/strong>. El indicador suele funcionar como un anticipo de la actividad futura, por lo que el retroceso mensual agrega se\u00f1ales de desaceleraci\u00f3n para los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p-1786130209958-24073\">Empresas sin expectativas de rebote<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1786130209958-31809\" class=\"\">Entre las empresas dedicadas principalmente a obras privadas, el <strong>71,1% considera que el nivel de actividad no cambiar\u00e1 entre julio y septiembre<\/strong>, mientras que un <strong>16,8% espera una ca\u00edda<\/strong> y apenas un <strong>12,1%<\/strong> <strong>proyecta una mejora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1786130209958-2846\">En el segmento de obra p\u00fablica el panorama tampoco es optimista: el <strong>52,8%<\/strong> <strong>prev\u00e9 estabilidad<\/strong>, el <strong>29,2% anticipa una disminuci\u00f3n de la actividad<\/strong> y solo el <strong>18% espera un aumento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1786130209958-46851\">Entre quienes pronostican una baja de la actividad, las principales razones son la <strong>desaceleraci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda<\/strong> y los <strong>elevados costos de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
