En enero\/marzo, el ticket promedio por operaci\u00f3n a valores constantes tambi\u00e9n se contrajo \u2013a precios corrientes alcanz\u00f3 <strong>$43.283<\/strong>\u2013. Vale recordar que desde septiembre de 2025 el sector opera con una menor superficie de ventas (-21,5%).<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 id=\"p-1782830519530-43122\" data-path-to-node=\"3\">Centros comerciales: hay menos locales disponibles<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1782829605225-65076\" data-path-to-node=\"4\">El consumo en los centros comerciales porte\u00f1os cerr\u00f3 primer trimestre trimestre casi sin cambios respecto del mismo per\u00edodo de 2025 \u2013tasa de variaci\u00f3n positiva de 0,2%\u2013. Por el lado de la oferta, se observ\u00f3 <strong>una reducci\u00f3n en la cantidad de locales activos: 48 unidades menos en la comparaci\u00f3n interanual y un diferencial negativo de 28 contra el parcial anterior. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1782830626136-88834\" data-path-to-node=\"4\"> \u00abSi se analizan las ventas constantes por rubro, el mayoritario, indumentaria, aument\u00f3 2,2% a la par de ropa deportiva, muebles y textiles para el hogar y perfumer\u00eda, con din\u00e1micas al alza de distintas magnitudes. En oposici\u00f3n, electrodom\u00e9sticos, patio de comidas, esparcimiento, librer\u00eda y jugueter\u00eda registraron ca\u00eddas de ventas en los primeros tres meses del a\u00f1o\u00bb, se explic\u00f3 oficialmente.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1782829605225-43695\" data-path-to-node=\"5\">Por su parte, <strong>el sector de tiendas de electrodom\u00e9sticos y art\u00edculos para el hogar atraviesa un complejo escenario que en n\u00fameros se sintetiz\u00f3 con una ca\u00edda interanual de las ventas a valores constantes de 18,9%<\/strong>.
