entre los acreedores, una mayor transparencia y un mejor intercambio de informaci\u00f3n <\/strong>para mejorar el proceso de reestructuraci\u00f3n de las deudas de content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1782309312361-73752\"> Cabe precisar que este grupo que re\u00fane a 22 pa\u00edses, en su mayor\u00eda occidentales,<strong> tiene como objetivo renegociar la deuda de econom\u00edas en dificultades<\/strong>. Cabe precisar que en la lista de deudores con los que este grupo negocia figuran, por ejemplo, <strong>Argentina o Cuba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1782309530453-86782\"> En el caso cubano, en 2025 obtuvo flexibilidades para reestructurar su deuda en el marco de la dif\u00edcil crisis econ\u00f3mica en la que est\u00e1 sumido el pa\u00eds del Caribe.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 id=\"p-1782309916203-78373\">El marco com\u00fan<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1782309791390-95816\" class=\"\">En 2020 <strong>el Club de Par\u00eds y los pa\u00edses del G20 lanzaron el marco com\u00fan para agilizar el proceso de los pa\u00edses de bajos ingresos elegibles <\/strong>que ya no pod\u00edan hacer frente al servicio de su deuda.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1782309961293-8479\" class=\"\">A lo largo de cinco a\u00f1os, el marco com\u00fan ha emitido \u00abresultados significativos en la pr\u00e1ctica\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el informe, que destac\u00f3 que se han reestructurado <strong>m\u00e1s de u$s45.000 millones de deuda externa en el marco de este acuerdo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1782310058053-11698\" class=\"\">Asimismo, el Club destac\u00f3 que los plazos de negociaci\u00f3n se acortaron en cada caso y cit\u00f3 el acuerdo alcanzado con Etiop\u00eda sobre el tratamiento de su deuda.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1782310570989-53361\">Tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 la continuaci\u00f3n del trabajo con Ghana y Zambia en el marco de ese mecanismo, el avance en el tratamiento de la deuda de Sri Lanka y el s\u00f3lido desempe\u00f1o que estos pa\u00edses registraron en el marco de sus programas con el Fondo Monetario Internacional.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1782310511449-19418\" class=\"\"><strong>Los miembros del Club de Par\u00eds negocian \u00fanicamente la reestructuraci\u00f3n de sus deudas bilaterales con pa\u00edses sobreendeudados,<\/strong> <strong>pero exigen que los acreedores privados no reciban condiciones m\u00e1s favorables,<\/strong> lo que ayuda a las naciones a lograr mejores resultados.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>\t\t<!-- REGION4 } --><\/div>\n<p><script>\n!function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s)\n{if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?\nn.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};\nif(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0';\nn.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;\nt.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];\ns.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window,document,'script',\n'https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/fbevents.js');\nfbq('init', '2047048335588113');\nfbq('track', 'PageView');\n<\/script><br \/>\n<br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde 2020, implementa un marco com\u00fan que ha facilitado la reestructuraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de u$s45.000 millones de deuda externa para pa\u00edses de bajos ingresos, pero considera que debe mejorarse.
