este viernes mediante la resoluci\u00f3n 197\/2026 del <strong>Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Industrial (INPI)<\/strong>, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<section innovaci\u00f3n y la inversi\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de dificultar el acceso a tecnolog\u00edas consideradas estrat\u00e9gicas para mejorar la productividad y la competitividad del agro argentino.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 id=\"p-1781861588465-31575\">Qu\u00e9 cambia con la nueva resoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1781861588465-36612\" class=\"\">Entre los fundamentos de la medida, el organismo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las modificaciones implementadas en 2015 incorporaron nuevos criterios para las exclusiones de patentabilidad sobre plantas, animales y sus componentes, lo que termin\u00f3 limitando la protecci\u00f3n de determinados desarrollos tecnol\u00f3gicos. En ese sentido, establece que quienes actualmente comercialicen productos alcanzados por solicitudes de patentes que pudieran ser concedidas a partir de este cambio normativo no estar\u00e1n obligados a pagar retribuciones ni podr\u00e1n ser impedidos de continuar con su actividad comercial.
