713<\/strong>, firmado el 30 de abril, se instruy\u00f3 al Ministerio de Hacienda, Finanzas, Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos a implementar un r\u00e9gimen especial, excepcional y de car\u00e1cter temporal destinado a flexibilizar y suspender la aplicaci\u00f3n del pago a cuenta de anticipos del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos vigente en los puestos de control fiscal en rutas provinciales.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1778277960845-5931\" data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1529\">La normativa que reg\u00eda hasta entonces establec\u00eda el cobro anticipado del tributo sobre mercader\u00edas que ingresaban al territorio provincial, operaciones de compraventa, remisiones entre f\u00e1bricas o sucursales, entregas en dep\u00f3sito o en consignaci\u00f3n y servicios de transporte de cargas con origen en Misiones.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 id=\"p-1778277960845-70897\" data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1549\">Aduana interna<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1919\">\u00abEl decreto publicado este lunes reconoce expresamente que el actual contexto macroecon\u00f3mico, caracterizado por restricciones financieras, ca\u00edda de la actividad econ\u00f3mica y aumento de los costos operativos, impacta de manera directa en la din\u00e1mica productiva y comercial de la provincia, afectando en particular a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la <strong data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1918\">CAME<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body contribuyentes a lo largo de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, cuya magnitud representa un pasivo significativo para el sistema tributario provincial\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p-1778277960845-19374\" data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2292\"><strong data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2292\">Fallo contra las retenciones en cuenta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1778277960845-9020\" data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2463\">En Chaco, la empresa <strong data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2329\">Adeco Agro<\/strong> logr\u00f3 un fallo de la Justicia Federal para impedir que el gobierno siga reteniendo Ingresos Brutos a trav\u00e9s de sus cuentas bancarias.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1778277960845-19807\" data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2711\">La firma reclam\u00f3 que hab\u00eda acumulado saldos a favor de Ingresos Brutos por m\u00e1s de <strong data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2563\">$11 millones<\/strong>, mientras que el impuesto determinado ascend\u00eda a unos <strong data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2633\">$2 millones<\/strong>.
