{"id":195276,"date":"2026-05-07T23:31:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T02:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/bajo-el-consumo-de-yerba-mate-en-la-argentina\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T23:31:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T02:31:07","slug":"bajo-el-consumo-de-yerba-mate-en-la-argentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/bajo-el-consumo-de-yerba-mate-en-la-argentina\/","title":{"rendered":"Baj\u00f3 el consumo de yerba mate en la Argentina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"article-content\">\n<p>El <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/reperfilar\/advierten-por-la-caida-de-la-yerba-mate.phtml\"><strong>consumo de yerba mate en la Argentina mostr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda <\/strong><\/a>en los primeros meses de 2026, en un contexto marcado por la <strong>p\u00e9rdida de poder adquisitivo y el encarecimiento de productos b\u00e1sicos.<\/strong> Seg\u00fan<strong> datos difundidos por el Instituto Nacional de la Yerba Mate (INYM),<\/strong> las ventas en el mercado interno retrocedieron hasta convertirse en las m\u00e1s bajas de los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os.  <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el informe oficial, durante febrero <strong>se despacharon 19,2 millones de kilos de yerba mate al mercado interno, lo que represent\u00f3 una ca\u00edda interanual del 9% respecto del mismo mes de 2025. <\/strong>Adem\u00e1s, entre julio de 2025 y febrero de 2026 el consumo acumul\u00f3 un descenso del 7,3%, pasando de 182,4 millones de kilos a 169,1 millones.  <\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"vrudo\" class=\"vrudo\" src=\"https:\/\/rudo.video\/vod\/czIf4Lq7Ymf?volume=0\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Contenido embebido\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>El retroceso tambi\u00e9n se reflej\u00f3 en el primer bimestre del a\u00f1o. Entre enero y febrero de 2026, el<strong> consumo interno alcanz\u00f3 los 40,6 millones de kilos, frente a los 43,1 millones registrados en igual per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado, lo que implica una baja del 5,5%.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"subscription\">\n<p>\n        Esto no les gusta a los autoritarios\n    <\/p>\n<div class=\"subscription__container\">\n<div class=\"subscription__text-wrapper\">\n<p>\n                El ejercicio del periodismo profesional y cr\u00edtico es un pilar fundamental de la democracia. Por eso molesta a quienes creen ser los due\u00f1os de la verdad.\n            <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Pese a la ca\u00edda del mercado dom\u00e9stico, las exportaciones mostraron un comportamiento positivo. En enero de 2026 los env\u00edos al exterior crecieron 46,6% interanual y alcanzaron m\u00e1s de 3,5 millones de kilos. El <strong>sector encontr\u00f3 en la demanda internacional un alivio frente al menor consumo local.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Especialistas del sector vinculan la baja en el consumo a la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada y al aumento de precios en g\u00f3ndola, que oblig\u00f3 a muchos hogares a reducir compras o elegir paquetes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os.
