Adem\u00e1s, hace una semana el ministro de Econom\u00eda hab\u00eda adelantado que esperaban proyectos por hasta <strong>u$s40.000 millones,<\/strong> principalmente vinculados al upstream energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1778099908447-70852\">En paralelo, el Ejecutivo envi\u00f3 al Congreso un proyecto de ley para eliminar el <strong>Decreto 929\/2013<\/strong>, conocido como \u201cDecreto Chevron\u201d, impulsado durante la presidencia de <strong>Cristina Kirchner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p id=\"p-1778099975869-51506\">Esa normativa hab\u00eda habilitado la asociaci\u00f3n entre la petrolera e <strong>YPF<\/strong> para el desarrollo del \u00e1rea <strong>Loma Campana<\/strong>, en <strong>Vaca Muerta<\/strong>, bajo un r\u00e9gimen que permit\u00eda a las empresas que invirtieran m\u00e1s de <strong>u$s1.000 millones<\/strong> en cinco a\u00f1os exportar hasta un <strong>20% de su producci\u00f3n sin retenciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1778100071288-90161\">La intenci\u00f3n oficial es <strong>eliminar ese esquema y unificar los incentivos dentro del RIGI<\/strong>, en busca de concentrar los beneficios en un \u00fanico marco regulatorio para grandes inversiones.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p-1778100488455-5114\">El viaje a Los \u00c1ngeles y el no cruce con Georgieva<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1778100171258-47962\">Caputo se encuentra en EEUU como parte de la comitiva que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 al presidente <strong>Javier Milei<\/strong> a Los \u00c1ngeles para participar de la conferencia global del Instituto Milken.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1778100401017-20460\">En la previa, hab\u00eda expectativas por un posible encuentro entre el funcionario y la titular del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), <strong>Kristalina Georgieva<\/strong>, quien estuvo presente en la conferencia ayer.
