{"id":194964,"date":"2026-05-06T11:14:36","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T14:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/el-gobierno-reglamento-el-rifl-el-regimen-de-incentivo-para-formalizar-empleo\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T11:14:36","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T14:14:36","slug":"el-gobierno-reglamento-el-rifl-el-regimen-de-incentivo-para-formalizar-empleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/el-gobierno-reglamento-el-rifl-el-regimen-de-incentivo-para-formalizar-empleo\/","title":{"rendered":"el Gobierno reglament\u00f3 el RIFL, el r\u00e9gimen de incentivo para formalizar empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p id=\"p-1778059209497-40030\" data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"832\">La normativa establece <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"659\">\u201cel procedimiento, las formas, los plazos y dem\u00e1s condiciones\u201d<\/strong> para que los empleadores accedan al beneficio, que consiste en la <strong data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"789\">reducci\u00f3n de las al\u00edcuotas de las contribuciones patronales<\/strong> destinadas al sistema de seguridad social.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p id=\"p-1778059209497-58462\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1214\"> El r\u00e9gimen est\u00e1 dirigido a empleadores del sector privado que incorporen nuevos trabajadores y contempla una reducci\u00f3n de cargas por <strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"985\">hasta 48 meses<\/strong> sobre aportes al <strong data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1053\">Sistema Integrado Previsional Argentino (SIPA)<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1086\">Fondo Nacional de Empleo<\/strong>, el r\u00e9gimen de asignaciones familiares y el <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1213\">Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados (INSSJP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\">\n<div contenteditable=\"false\" class=\"embed_cont type_documento\" id=\"8220344-1702254012_wrap\" style=\"opacity:1;height:auto;\">\n<p>Resoluci\u00f3n General 5844\/2026 RIFL <span onclick=\"parent.parent.TinyMCETdcuerpo.preview_embed('8220344-1702254012')\" class=\"embed_colapse less\" id=\"8220344-1702254012_colapse\"\/>  <span onclick=\"parent.parent.TinyMCETdcuerpo.delete_embed('8220344-1702254012')\" class=\"embed_delete less\" id=\"8220344-1702254012_delete\"\/><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p id=\"p-1778059209497-36173\" data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1441\">Seg\u00fan se precis\u00f3, el beneficio alcanza a trabajadores que <strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1338\">no hayan tenido empleo registrado al 10 de diciembre de 2025<\/strong>, o que se encontraran desempleados en los seis meses previos a su contrataci\u00f3n, entre otros supuestos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p id=\"p-1778059209497-35351\" data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1609\">Adem\u00e1s, la resoluci\u00f3n fija que el r\u00e9gimen ser\u00e1 aplicable a <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1597\">nuevas relaciones laborales registradas entre el 1 de mayo de 2026 y el 30 de abril de 2027<\/strong>, inclusive.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p-1778063285013-37910\" data-section-id=\"19w52lj\" data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1698\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 deben hacer los empleadores para acceder al beneficio?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"p-1778063404005-29774\" data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1924\">Para acceder al beneficio, los empleadores deber\u00e1n registrar a los trabajadores a trav\u00e9s del sistema <strong data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1742\">\u201cSimplificaci\u00f3n Registral\u201d<\/strong>, utilizando un c\u00f3digo espec\u00edfico de modalidad de contrataci\u00f3n.
