Seg\u00fan un informe de la consultora Focus Market, mientras en 2005 el <strong>82% de los trabajadores<\/strong> aportaba bajo el r\u00e9gimen general, esa cifra cay\u00f3 al <strong>69% en 2025<\/strong>, evidenciando el avance de modalidades laborales menos contributivas.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p>La diferencia en la capacidad de financiamiento entre categor\u00edas resulta clave: se necesitan <strong>2,3 asalariados en blanco<\/strong> para sostener una jubilaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima, mientras que hacen falta <strong>24 monotributistas<\/strong> para cubrir ese mismo beneficio, lo que expone la debilidad del esquema actual.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos estructurales, el sistema registra una <strong>p\u00e9rdida de tres millones de empleos formales<\/strong> en las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas. Los <strong>cinco millones de trabajadores<\/strong> bajo reg\u00edmenes simplificados no logran compensar la ca\u00edda en la recaudaci\u00f3n del <strong>Sistema Previsional Argentino (SIPA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2>La situaci\u00f3n por sector<\/h2>\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n se agrava por el desempe\u00f1o desigual de los sectores econ\u00f3micos. La <strong>industria y la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> muestran retrocesos en el empleo formal, en contraste con el crecimiento de rubros con menor demanda laboral como el <strong>agro y la miner\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la falta de recursos genuinos, el Estado financia el <strong>40% de las 6.000.000 de jubilaciones vigentes<\/strong>, cubriendo el d\u00e9ficit mediante impuestos y transferencias directas del <strong>Tesoro Nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este <strong>desajuste estructural<\/strong> impacta de lleno en el poder adquisitivo de los jubilados.
