Para lograrlo, en medio de la negociaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica con el<strong> Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI)<\/strong> que finalmente concluy\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles, <strong>el Gobierno aceler\u00f3 la motosierra<\/strong>, recort\u00f3 fuerte el gasto primario y demor\u00f3 distintas transferencias, como mecanismos para compensar la sostenida <strong>ca\u00edda de la recaudaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<section class=\"suscription-false printed-edition\" style=\"display:none\">\n<p> El contenido al que quiere acceder es exclusivo para suscriptores.<\/p>\n<p>  <span> <button type=\"button\" name=\"button\" class=\"subscribe-btn mercadopago-btn\">suscribirse<\/button><\/span>  <span class=\"btns\"><button type=\"button\" name=\"button\" class=\"subscribe-btn reload-login\"> ya estoy suscripto<\/button><\/span>  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--second-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p>De esta manera, <strong>en el primer trimestre acumul\u00f3 \u00abun super\u00e1vit primario de aproximadamente 0,5% del PBI <\/strong>y un super\u00e1vit financiero de 0,2% del PBI\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Caputo en su cuenta de la red social X. Ocurre que la recaudaci\u00f3n tributaria arrastra varios meses de ca\u00edda. As\u00ed, el Palacio de Hacienda precis\u00f3 <strong>ajustar el gasto primario 5,7% interanual en t\u00e9rminos reales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p>\u00abEl<strong> ancla fiscal<\/strong> es un pilar fundamental del programa econ\u00f3mico, y es condici\u00f3n necesaria para consolidar la estabilidad macroecon\u00f3mica y continuar devolviendo recursos al sector privado en la forma de baja de impuestos\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el ministro.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2>El super\u00e1vit fiscal y el ajuste del gasto<\/h2>\n<p>Las partidas destinadas a<strong> prestaciones sociales<\/strong> ascendieron a $8,05 billones en marzo.
