La f\u00e1brica de galletitas Dilexis (T\u00eda Maruca) comenz\u00f3 a ordenar el pago de salarios atrasados luego de varios meses sin liquidaci\u00f3n de haberes. El proceso coincide con el reciente cambio de titularidad, tras la adquisici\u00f3n de la firma por parte del empresario bonaerense Juan Carlos Crovella, vinculado al rubro alimenticio, operaci\u00f3n efectuada a fines de 2025.<\/p>\n
Fuentes del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n de San Juan confirmaron que en las \u00faltimas semanas se avanz\u00f3 con la regularizaci\u00f3n de los pagos, lo que llev\u00f3 alivio a 296 empleados de la planta. Si bien no exist\u00edan deudas acumuladas de gran n\u00famero, s\u00ed se registraban demoras reiteradas en el cumplimiento del plazo legal para el dep\u00f3sito de sueldos.<\/p>\n
Alejandro Mart\u00edn, secretario de Industria, explic\u00f3 que el esquema salarial se respetaba, aunque no siempre se abonaba dentro del quinto d\u00eda h\u00e1bil, como establece la normativa vigente. \u201cLos sueldos se pagaban, pero con d\u00edas de atraso\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Las complicaciones financieras tambi\u00e9n impactaron en otros conceptos: hubo casos de pagos fraccionados y el medio aguinaldo lleg\u00f3 a cancelarse en cuotas, reflejando la delicada situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que atravesaba la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n
El proceso de normalizaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 en enero, en paralelo con el desembarco del nuevo grupo inversor. Seg\u00fan indicaron desde la cartera productiva, actualmente se observa mayor previsibilidad en los tiempos de pago y un clima interno m\u00e1s estable.<\/p>\n
Dilexis arrastra dificultades desde hace varios a\u00f1os. En 2022 estuvo al borde de la quiebra y logr\u00f3 sostener cerca de 350 puestos de trabajo tras un acuerdo de refinanciaci\u00f3n. Antes, en 2019, hab\u00eda recurrido a un concurso preventivo de acreedores y reducido contratos en medio de deudas millonarias.<\/p>\n
Previo al traspaso, parte del paquete accionario estaba en manos de inversores privados, entre ellos Alejandro Ripani relacionado con la marca T\u00eda Maruca y el grupo Argen San. La ca\u00edda del consumo y los elevados costos operativos y energ\u00e9ticos, complicaron el sostenimiento financiero de la planta.<\/p>\n
Desde el Gobierno provincial aseguraron que continuar\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ando a la empresa en esta nueva etapa, dada su relevancia productiva y el impacto laboral en la provincia. En las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se espera que la firma oficialice el cambio de mando y comunique los lineamientos operativos que regir\u00e1n esta nueva etapa.<\/p>\n
