de la energ\u00eda y potencia mayorista<\/strong>, los precios estabilizados de los servicios adicionales y transporte, y el recargo del <strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1345\">Fondo Nacional de la Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (FNEE)<\/strong>, aprobados por la <strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1402\">Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1440\">Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 22\/2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1494\">Traslado de precios y nuevo esquema de subsidios<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1827\">La norma provincial tambi\u00e9n adec\u00faa los cuadros tarifarios al <strong data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1589\">Decreto Nacional N\u00b0 943\/2025<\/strong>, que cre\u00f3 el r\u00e9gimen de <strong data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1657\">Subsidios Energ\u00e9ticos Focalizados (SEF)<\/strong> y elimin\u00f3 la segmentaci\u00f3n en tres niveles de ingresos establecida en 2022, unificando a los beneficiarios en una sola categor\u00eda de usuarios residenciales con asistencia.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2095\">No obstante, el texto oficial se\u00f1ala que, ante la falta de implementaci\u00f3n plena del nuevo padr\u00f3n del ReSEF, se habilita a los distribuidores a <strong data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2094\">recuperar las diferencias generadas entre el 16 y el 31 de enero de 2026 a trav\u00e9s del Cargo Transici\u00f3n Tarifaria (CTT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2382\">Adem\u00e1s, en el marco de la etapa de transici\u00f3n tarifaria vigente, se dispuso una <strong data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2247\">actualizaci\u00f3n transitoria del Valor Agregado de Distribuci\u00f3n (VAD)<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de los cargos correspondientes al <strong data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2333\">Sobrecosto por Generaci\u00f3n Local (SGL)<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2365\">Agregado Tarifario (AT)<\/strong> y el propio CTT.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2415\">Desde cu\u00e1ndo rige el aumento<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2474\">La resoluci\u00f3n establece distintos momentos de aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2693\">\n<li data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2602\">\n<p data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2602\">Los valores vinculados a los <strong data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2599\">precios mayoristas nacionales rigen para los consumos a partir del 1\u00b0 de febrero de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2603\" data-end=\"2693\">\n<p data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2693\"> La actualizaci\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2692\">VAD y cargos asociados regir\u00e1 a partir del 1\u00b0 de marzo de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2904\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n difundida oficialmente, el impacto estimado en la factura final ser\u00e1 de <strong data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"2816\">entre 12% y 17%<\/strong>, seg\u00fan se trate de usuarios residenciales sin subsidio o con subsidio, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"3163\">A modo de ejemplo, se indic\u00f3 que un <strong data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2979\">usuario residencial sin subsidios<\/strong> con consumo medio pasar\u00e1 de pagar <strong data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3045\">$46.100 mensuales a $52.000<\/strong> (con impuestos), mientras que un <strong data-start=\"3079\" data-end=\"3104\">usuario con subsidios<\/strong> pasar\u00e1 de <strong data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3146\">$28.500 a $33.300 mensuales<\/strong> (con impuestos).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3316\">Los incrementos se ver\u00e1n reflejados en los consumos de febrero y marzo y <strong data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3315\">impactar\u00e1n en las facturas que los usuarios recibir\u00e1n entre marzo y abril<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3344\" data-end=\"3626\">El rec\u00e1lculo de los cuadros tarifarios fue efectuado por el <strong data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3489\">Organismo de Control de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica de la provincia de Buenos Aires (OCEBA)<\/strong>, conforme lo previsto en la <strong data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3535\">Ley N\u00b0 11.769<\/strong> de Marco Regulatorio El\u00e9ctrico y en los contratos de concesi\u00f3n provinciales y municipales.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<!-- REGION4 }
