Orrego estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el ministro de Infraestructura, Fernando Perea, el ministro de Salud, Amilcar Dobladez, y autoridades del nosocomio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la recorrida, el director del hospital, Juan Pablo Gempel, destac\u00f3 la magnitud del proyecto. \u201cEs una obra muy necesaria de modernizaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n. Por estos consultorios pasan alrededor de 300.000 pacientes al a\u00f1o y esta intervenci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 brindar espacios m\u00e1s adecuados tanto para ellos como para los profesionales\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Un edificio de vanguardia<\/h2>\n<p>El nuevo complejo se emplaza en la manzana delimitada por avenida Rawson y las calles General Paz, Santa Fe y Estados Unidos. Estar\u00e1 organizado en tres bloques funcionales: Pediatr\u00eda, Adultos y un sector de confiter\u00eda destinado a usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>En lo constructivo, se utilizar\u00e1 estructura met\u00e1lica, cerramientos livianos y cubiertas con paneles t\u00e9rmicos que favorecer\u00e1n la climatizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1 con revestimientos exteriores de tecnolog\u00eda Screenpanel y terminaciones tipo acero corten, mientras que en el interior se incorporar\u00e1n paneles ac\u00fasticos fonoabsorbentes en el Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples y carpinter\u00edas de aluminio con vidrios de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 un \u00e1rea de simulaci\u00f3n, poco frecuente a nivel nacional, clave para la formaci\u00f3n preprofesional, una dinamoteca, biblioteca y un nuevo SUM destinado a la actividad cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>Con fondos \u00edntegramente provinciales, la obra avanza a buen ritmo y se estima su finalizaci\u00f3n para el primer trimestre de 2027.
