El env\u00edo es el resultado de varias temporadas de trabajo silencioso, combinando investigaci\u00f3n aplicada, ensayos experimentales y la experiencia de productores locales.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Trabajo t\u00e9cnico y certificaci\u00f3n internacional<\/h2>\n<p>Bajo la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo Alejandro Acosta, y con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los productores Ram\u00f3n Villafa\u00f1e y Pablo Varas, se implement\u00f3 un protocolo productivo de alta precisi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se cumpli\u00f3 con todas las auditor\u00edas fitosanitarias exigidas para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n internacional, respaldada por SENASA, garantizando la trazabilidad completa del proceso.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Un modelo con proyecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La articulaci\u00f3n entre productores y el Estado result\u00f3 determinante. El acompa\u00f1amiento incluy\u00f3 asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico e inteligencia comercial en comercio exterior, fortaleciendo un perfil agroexportador que podr\u00eda ampliarse en pr\u00f3ximas temporadas.<\/p>\n<p>Fuentes vinculadas al proceso indicaron que, si la empresa compradora valida plenamente la calidad del env\u00edo, este primer embarque funcionar\u00e1 como experiencia piloto para sumar m\u00e1s productores jachalleros al esquema exportador.
