El Estado acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a un emprendimiento que apuesta al valor agregado y al desarrollo agroindustrial local.<\/span><\/p>\nLa recorrida se dio en el marco de la agenda de acompa\u00f1amiento a emprendimientos locales impulsada por el Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, Trabajo e Innovaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Agroindustria. All\u00ed fueron recibidos por los socios Marcelo Garc\u00eda y Sebasti\u00e1n Moya, quienes compartieron el recorrido de una empresa que naci\u00f3 hace una d\u00e9cada como un hobby familiar.<\/p>\n
Ancestral abri\u00f3 sus puertas y mostr\u00f3 su camino de hobby a industria local<\/span><\/p>\nCon el paso del tiempo, Ancestral fue creciendo a base de capacitaciones constantes, inversi\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento de procesos, hasta consolidarse como una de las f\u00e1bricas cerveceras m\u00e1s importantes de la provincia de San Juan. Cada tanque, cada receta y cada etiqueta reflejan ese camino de esfuerzo sostenido.<\/p>\n
Autoridades recorrieron Ancestral y destacaron el crecimiento cervecero<\/span><\/p>\nDurante la visita, la titular de la Unidad Ejecutora de Proyectos Agropecuarios (UECPPA), Fernanda Moreno, recorri\u00f3 las instalaciones junto a su equipo y dialog\u00f3 con los socios, quienes destacaron el fuerte compromiso de la empresa con la formaci\u00f3n y la educaci\u00f3n. La f\u00e1brica ha recibido en numerosas oportunidades a instituciones educativas y brinda charlas de capacitaci\u00f3n tanto para quienes desean iniciarse en el rubro como para cerveceros en actividad.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, se puso en valor el trabajo conjunto que se viene realizando para la conformaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Cerveceros, una herramienta clave para fortalecer al sector. Desde el Gobierno provincial remarcaron la importancia de contar con una entidad que permita articular acciones entre productores y el Estado, promoviendo la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y el crecimiento sostenido de la actividad.<\/p>\n
Estos encuentros forman parte de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica orientada a potenciar emprendimientos agroindustriales, fomentar el agregado de valor y generar nuevas oportunidades para productores sanjuaninos.
