Se trata de la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Capayanes, en el barrio Pismanta, entre calle Agust\u00edn G\u00f3mez y avenida 25 de Mayo, una obra largamente esperada por la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La concreci\u00f3n del asfalto marca un antes y un despu\u00e9s para quienes viven en la zona, que durante d\u00e9cadas convivieron con calles de tierra, polvo en verano y barro en \u00e9pocas de lluvia, afectando la circulaci\u00f3n y la calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Un reclamo hist\u00f3rico que encontr\u00f3 respuesta<\/h2>\n<p>Los vecinos destacaron que el pedido fue presentado durante distintas gestiones de gobierno, sin obtener respuestas concretas hasta ahora. Por ese motivo, expresaron su agradecimiento al gobernador Marcelo Orrego y al ministro de Infraestructura, Fernando Perea, por haber escuchado y atendido una demanda que llevaba m\u00e1s de seis d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>La obra representa no solo una mejora urbana, sino tambi\u00e9n un reconocimiento a la perseverancia de una comunidad que nunca dej\u00f3 de reclamar por un derecho b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Una v\u00eda clave para la conectividad<\/h2>\n<p>El tramo pavimentado cumple una funci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica dentro del entramado urbano.
