La situaci\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a tensarse tras una nueva audiencia en la Subsecretar\u00eda de Trabajo, en el marco de la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el sindicato UPSRA advirtieron que la postura de la empresa no se modific\u00f3. \u201cLa defensa sigue en la misma posici\u00f3n, no quieren pagar. No quieren llegar a un arreglo porque se declaran incapaces de pagar lo adeudado\u201d, se\u00f1alaron desde el gremio. Incluso, desde Hunter Security habr\u00edan asegurado que \u201cno tienen para pagar\u201d, lo que gener\u00f3 mayor malestar entre los trabajadores despedidos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, el sindicato se encuentra en estado de alerta, aunque por el momento no convoc\u00f3 a movilizaciones para cumplir con la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria dispuesta por la autoridad laboral. La pr\u00f3xima instancia clave ser\u00e1 el martes 10 de febrero, cuando se realice la quinta audiencia de conciliaci\u00f3n entre la empresa y los representantes de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Liquidaciones que figuran pagas, pero no aparecen<\/h2>\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s graves del reclamo es que, seg\u00fan denunci\u00f3 UPSRA, las liquidaciones finales figuran como abonadas, incluso desde diciembre de 2025, pero los montos no se acreditaron en las cuentas de los trabajadores ni existe documentaci\u00f3n respaldatoria. \u201cNo hay recibos de sueldo ni comprobantes. En los sistemas aparece como pagado, pero los compa\u00f1eros no tienen un peso\u201d, sostuvieron desde el gremio, que calific\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n como una presunta estafa laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el sindicato cuestion\u00f3 la forma en que se calcularon las indemnizaciones, denunciando que se liquidaron sobre un b\u00e1sico reducido y no sobre el sueldo bruto, como corresponde por convenio. Tambi\u00e9n rechazaron la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 247 de la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo, al considerar que la empresa no demostr\u00f3 estar en crisis, por lo que deber\u00eda aplicarse el art\u00edculo 245.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Posibles sanciones y plazo para pagar<\/h2>\n<p>Desde UPSRA remarcaron que, en caso de que Hunter Security no cumpla con el pago de las indemnizaciones en el plazo establecido, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Trabajo podr\u00eda aplicar multas. \u201cEso lo pedimos porque nosotros s\u00ed estamos cumpliendo con la conciliaci\u00f3n. La empresa no solo incumple con los trabajadores, sino tambi\u00e9n con lo que indic\u00f3 la Subsecretar\u00eda\u201d, indicaron.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo expuesto en audiencia, la empresa se habr\u00eda comprometido a pagar en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas y cuenta con una semana de plazo para regularizar la situaci\u00f3n.
