Por su parte, la <strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1555\">administraci\u00f3n descentralizada<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1585\">116.222 empleados<\/strong>, con una baja del <strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1612\">6,4%<\/strong>, mientras que la <strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1663\">administraci\u00f3n desconcentrada<\/strong> sum\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1692\">21.733 trabajadores<\/strong> (-6,0%). El organismo aclar\u00f3 que estas cifras podr\u00edan ser ajustadas en futuras publicaciones, una vez completada la informaci\u00f3n faltante.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fifth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"2150\">Una tendencia sostenida a lo largo de 2025<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2442\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del dato puntual de diciembre, el relevamiento estad\u00edstico muestra que la reducci\u00f3n del empleo p\u00fablico <strong data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2291\">no fue un hecho aislado<\/strong>, sino parte de una <strong data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2358\">tendencia sostenida a lo largo de todo 2025<\/strong>, con bajas mensuales consecutivas en la dotaci\u00f3n total del sector p\u00fablico nacional.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2797\">Los datos tambi\u00e9n reflejan que el ajuste <strong data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2534\">no se concentr\u00f3 en un \u00fanico tipo de organismo<\/strong>, sino que alcanz\u00f3 tanto a la administraci\u00f3n central como a entes descentralizados y empresas estatales. Sin embargo, la <strong data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2686\">administraci\u00f3n centralizada<\/strong> volvi\u00f3 a ser el segmento m\u00e1s afectado, en l\u00ednea con la estrategia de reducci\u00f3n del gasto operativo del Estado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2799\" data-end=\"3147\">Desde una perspectiva estructural, el informe permite observar que la contracci\u00f3n del empleo p\u00fablico estuvo asociada principalmente a la <strong data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"2965\">no reposici\u00f3n de vacantes<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"2999\">finalizaci\u00f3n de contratos<\/strong> y procesos de <strong data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3040\">reordenamiento interno<\/strong>, m\u00e1s que a despidos masivos.
