El encuentro reuni\u00f3 a organizaciones sociales, voluntarios y referentes comunitarios que fueron reconocidos por su trabajo silencioso en distintos puntos de la provincia.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"video-wrapper video-carga\"><video class=\"video-js vjs-big-play-centered vjs-fluid\" playsinline=\"\" width=\"100%\" id=\"video-js-carga-0\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eVZ5rfgDw9w\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>A partir del segundo tramo de la entrevista, Basualdo expres\u00f3 que \u201cla solidaridad se manifiesta de m\u00faltiples maneras y no siempre est\u00e1 vinculada a una estructura formal\u201d. En ese sentido, sostuvo que ayudar implica muchas veces \u201cponer a disposici\u00f3n aquello que uno sabe hacer, sin esperar nada a cambio\u201d, y remarc\u00f3 que ese tipo de acciones generan un impacto duradero en la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>El empresario record\u00f3 experiencias personales vinculadas a su paso por el \u00e1mbito social y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cmuchas personas se acercaban con la intenci\u00f3n de ense\u00f1ar un oficio, compartir un conocimiento o acompa\u00f1ar a otros en su proceso de aprendizaje\u201d. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, ense\u00f1ar a tejer, a manejar un telar o a reforzar contenidos escolares \u201ces una forma concreta de solidaridad, porque se entrega algo propio: tiempo, saber y dedicaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Basualdo tambi\u00e9n hizo referencia a realidades del interior provincial y afirm\u00f3 que \u201cen departamentos como J\u00e1chal se ve claramente c\u00f3mo el conocimiento transmitido de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n puede convertirse en una herramienta de inclusi\u00f3n\u201d. En ese marco, destac\u00f3 que compartir saberes permite que otras personas \u201cpuedan valerse por s\u00ed mismas y multiplicar ese aprendizaje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En otro pasaje, puso en valor el rol de quienes trabajan en comedores comunitarios y organizaciones sociales de base. \u201cHay personas que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los recursos econ\u00f3micos, aportan la parte humana, el acompa\u00f1amiento diario y la presencia constante\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, al tiempo que subray\u00f3 que ese compromiso suele darse \u201cen condiciones adversas y sin ning\u00fan tipo de reconocimiento p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para Basualdo, la solidaridad aut\u00e9ntica \u201cse construye cuando alguien decide dedicar su tiempo personal a los dem\u00e1s\u201d. En esa l\u00ednea, afirm\u00f3 que \u201cen muchos casos, quien acompa\u00f1a, escucha o ense\u00f1a resulta m\u00e1s solidario que quien solo realiza un aporte econ\u00f3mico\u201d.
