{"id":167106,"date":"2025-12-01T14:32:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T17:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/la-argentina-firma-su-primer-contrato-para-exportar-gnl-a-europa\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T14:32:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T17:32:19","slug":"la-argentina-firma-su-primer-contrato-para-exportar-gnl-a-europa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/la-argentina-firma-su-primer-contrato-para-exportar-gnl-a-europa\/","title":{"rendered":"La Argentina firma su primer contrato para exportar GNL a Europa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph  --capital --s\">La Argentina ya firm\u00f3<strong> su primer contrato para exportar <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/ypf-da-un-nuevo-paso-importante-para-el-desarrollo-del-gnl-argentino-nid06102025\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/ypf-da-un-nuevo-paso-importante-para-el-desarrollo-del-gnl-argentino-nid06102025\/\" class=\"com-link break-word\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"n_link_parrafo\"><strong>gas natural licuado<\/strong><\/a><strong> (GNL) a Europa<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/el-gas-de-vaca-muerta-se-confirma-una-inversion-de-mas-de-us15000-millones-para-exportar-gnl-nid06082025\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/el-gas-de-vaca-muerta-se-confirma-una-inversion-de-mas-de-us15000-millones-para-exportar-gnl-nid06082025\/\" class=\"com-link break-word\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"n_link_parrafo\">Southern Energy (SESA)<\/a>, integrada por las principales compa\u00f1\u00edas productoras del pa\u00eds, acord\u00f3 <strong>abastecer durante ocho a\u00f1os a una empresa estatal alemana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">El contrato se cerr\u00f3 con <strong>Securing Energy for Europe (SEFE) <\/strong>e incluye la provisi\u00f3n de 2 millones de toneladas anuales (MTPA), equivalentes a 9 millones de metros c\u00fabicos diarios (m\u00b3\/d).<strong> Ese volumen representa el 80% de la capacidad del primer buque de licuefacci\u00f3n<\/strong> que llegar\u00e1 al pa\u00eds, el Hilli Episeyo, que comenzar\u00e1 a operar en septiembre de 2027.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Seg\u00fan la compa\u00f1\u00eda, las <strong>exportaciones podr\u00edan superar los US$7000 millones durante la vigencia del contrato<\/strong>, dependiendo de la evoluci\u00f3n del precio internacional del GNL. Esto aportar\u00e1 divisas al pa\u00eds y fortalecer\u00e1 la seguridad energ\u00e9tica de Europa.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-media\">\n<section role=\"button\" class=\"mod-media   \">\n<figure role=\"button\" class=\"mod-figure \"><figcaption class=\"mod-figcaption\"><span class=\"com-text --caption --twoxs\">El buque Hilli Episeyo ser\u00e1 el primero en operar en el pa\u00eds y aportar\u00e1 2,45 MTPA de GNL desde 2027<\/span><span class=\"com-text --credit --twoxs\">Pan American Energy<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">SESA fue creada por Pan American Energy (PAE) y Golar LNG, la empresa propietaria de los buques que realizan el proceso de enfriar el gas a \u2013162 grados para reducir 600 veces su volumen y transformarlo en estado l\u00edquido. La participaci\u00f3n accionaria se distribuye entre<strong> PAE (30%), Golar LNG (10%), YPF (25%), Pampa Energ\u00eda (20%) y Harbour Energy (15%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">El <strong>Hilli Episeyo<\/strong>, actualmente en Kribi, Camer\u00fan, llegar\u00e1 a la Argentina a comienzos de 2027. Ser\u00e1 capaz de producir 2,45 MTPA de GNL, equivalentes a 11,5 millones de m\u00b3\/d de gas. El segundo buque, denominado <strong>MKII<\/strong>, est\u00e1 en construcci\u00f3n en China y arribar\u00e1 en 2028. Su operaci\u00f3n comercial comenzar\u00eda a fines de ese mismo a\u00f1o y aportar\u00e1 una capacidad adicional de 3,5 MTPA (unos 16 millones de m\u00b3\/d).<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">En conjunto, ambos buques permitir\u00e1n producir 6 MTPA de GNL. El contrato con<strong> SEFE garantiza la compra de m\u00e1s del 30% de esa capacidad<\/strong> combinada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">SESA prev\u00e9 una inversi\u00f3n superior a <strong>US$3200 millones<\/strong> para la primera fase del proyecto de GNL (2024-2031) y casi<strong> US$2800 millones<\/strong> para la segunda (2032-2035). En total,<strong> la inversi\u00f3n proyectada alcanza los US$6000 millones.<\/strong> A lo largo de los 20 a\u00f1os de vida \u00fatil, la inversi\u00f3n acumulada superar\u00eda los US$15.000 millones en toda la cadena de valor, lo que habilitar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s nuevos desarrollos en Vaca Muerta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Con los dos buques en operaci\u00f3n, en un plazo de tres a\u00f1os la Argentina <strong>tendr\u00e1 capacidad para exportar 27 millones de m\u00b3\/d de gas natural<\/strong>, equivalente al 18% de la producci\u00f3n actual en invierno (150 millones de m\u00b3\/d).<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-media\">\n<section role=\"button\" class=\"mod-media   \">\n<figure role=\"button\" class=\"mod-figure \"><figcaption class=\"mod-figcaption\"><span class=\"com-text --caption --twoxs\">El acuerdo fue firmado por Rodolfo Freyre, Chairman de Southern Energy, y Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Barnaud, CCO de SEFE<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Aunque el valor definitivo de las exportaciones depender\u00e1 del precio internacional,<strong> se estima que entre 2027 y 2035 las ventas externas superar\u00e1n los US$20.000 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Los dos buques estar\u00e1n ubicados en el <strong>Golfo San Mat\u00edas<\/strong>, entre Sierra Grande y San Antonio Oeste, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/pae-anuncio-que-el-buque-de-gnl-que-traera-en-2027-tambien-se-instalara-en-rio-negro-nid30092024\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/economia\/pae-anuncio-que-el-buque-de-gnl-que-traera-en-2027-tambien-se-instalara-en-rio-negro-nid30092024\/\" class=\"com-link break-word\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"n_link_parrafo\">en R\u00edo Negro<\/a>, donde tambi\u00e9n se construir\u00e1 una terminal para exportar petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">El acuerdo fue firmado por Rodolfo Freyre, chairman de SESA, y Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Barnaud, CCO de SEFE.
