{"id":167090,"date":"2025-12-01T12:55:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:55:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/el-gobierno-volvio-a-ampliar-el-presupuesto-2025-salud-educacion-y-discapacidad\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T12:55:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:55:07","slug":"el-gobierno-volvio-a-ampliar-el-presupuesto-2025-salud-educacion-y-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/el-gobierno-volvio-a-ampliar-el-presupuesto-2025-salud-educacion-y-discapacidad\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno volvi\u00f3 a ampliar el Presupuesto 2025: Salud, Educaci\u00f3n y Discapacidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"article-content\">\n<p>Este lunes 1 de diciembre el <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/politica\/el-gobierno-prepara-un-nuevo-plan-motosierra-y-proyecta-reducir-un-10-de-la-planta-estatal-para-2026.phtml\">Gobierno<\/a> <strong>ampli\u00f3 otra vez el Presupuesto 2025<\/strong> y en esta oportunidad aument\u00f3 las partidas designadas para <strong>Salud, Seguridad, Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social <strong>(ANSES)<\/strong> y la <strong>Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del <strong>decreto de necesidad y urgencia (DNU) 849\/2025<\/strong>, publicado este lunes 1 de diciembre en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, la <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/politica\/javier-mileiencabeza-la-entrega-de-sables-a-las-fuerzas-de-seguridad-junto-a-la-nueva-ministra-alejandra-monteoliva.phtml\">administraci\u00f3n de Javier Milei<\/a> oficializ\u00f3 la primera medida que se lanza desde que inici\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n de <strong>Manuel Adorni<\/strong>, ex vocero presidencial, como jefe de Gabinete.<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"embed-responsive-item\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/16w1_A3to7DIuS1aRIQxt9v1no8triaWZ\/preview\" allowfullscreen=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Contenido embebido\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00abDada la emergencia econ\u00f3mica actual, <strong>es necesario que el Gobierno pueda asegurar una distribuci\u00f3n razonable de sus recursos <\/strong>con el fin de poder cumplir con sus obligaciones\u00bb, se explic\u00f3 en los considerandos del documento que oficializa la medida.<\/p>\n<div class=\"subscription\">\n<p>\n        Esto no les gusta a los autoritarios\n    <\/p>\n<div class=\"subscription__container\">\n<div class=\"subscription__text-wrapper\">\n<p>\n                El ejercicio del periodismo profesional y cr\u00edtico es un pilar fundamental de la democracia. Por eso molesta a quienes creen ser los due\u00f1os de la verdad.\n            <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>El DNU tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que <strong>\u00abcorresponde adecuar el presupuesto nacional que se encontrar\u00e1 vigente a lo largo del corriente ejercicio\u00bb<\/strong>, asign\u00e1ndole <strong>recursos adicionales<\/strong> a ciertas \u00e1reas, teniendo en contemplaci\u00f3n, entre otras cosas, un <strong>refuerzo <\/strong>de los cr\u00e9ditos de <strong>gastos en personal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del refuerzo mencionado es atender las <strong>necesidades vigentes<\/strong> en<strong> materia salarial,<\/strong> <strong>de gastos de funcionamiento y equipamiento<\/strong>, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los cr\u00e9ditos para el pago de subsidios, becas, compensaciones, transferencias varias y erogaciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacadoNota\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/politica\/el-gobierno-prepara-un-nuevo-plan-motosierra-y-proyecta-reducir-un-10-de-la-planta-estatal-para-2026.phtml\">El Gobierno prepara un nuevo &#8216;plan motosierra&#8217; y proyecta reducir otro 10% la planta estatal 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El incremento asignado se utilizar\u00e1 para <strong>aumentar los salarios del personal <\/strong>de las Fuerzas de Seguridad y <strong>reforzar la caja <\/strong>de retiros, jubilaciones y pensiones de la Polic\u00eda Federal, del personal militar de las Fuerzas Armadas y del Personal de la Polic\u00eda de Establecimientos Navales.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/columnistas\/salud-asignatura-pendiente-del-gobierno-nacional.phtml\"><strong>Salud<\/strong><\/a>, el objetivo es <strong>sostener programas vigentes<\/strong> del Ministerio y asignarle los montos a varios<strong> hospitales nacionales de alta complejidad<\/strong>, como el Hospital Garrahan, El Cruce, Cuenca Alta, Ren\u00e9 Favaloro, SAMIC Presidente N\u00e9stor Kirchner y el del Bicentenario Esteban Echeverr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la <strong>Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS)<\/strong> se destinar\u00e1 a abonar el pago de pensiones no contributivas, mientras que en el de la <strong>Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad Social (ANSES)<\/strong> ser\u00e1 para el subsidio extraordinario otorgado a los mismos beneficiarios, se aumentan los fondos de las <strong>prestaciones previsionales<\/strong>, <strong>asignaciones familiares, Programa 1000 D\u00edas, transferencias al PAMI<\/strong> y <strong>Prestaci\u00f3n Mensual de Oncopediatr\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacadoNota\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/nea\/gustavo-valdes-confirmo-la-llegada-de-diego-santilli-a-corrientes-para-destrabar-el-presupuesto-2026.phtml\">Gustavo Vald\u00e9s confirm\u00f3 la llegada de Diego Santilli a Corrientes para destrabar el Presupuesto 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1n un aumento las partidas destinadas a la <strong>Prestaci\u00f3n Alimentar <\/strong>de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Ni\u00f1ez, Adolescencia y Familia<\/strong>, mientras que en <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.perfil.com\/noticias\/cordoba\/la-figura-del-docente-pone-un-techo-al-aprendizaje-el-debate-por-la-escuela-en-casa.phtml\">Educaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> se generar\u00e1 un refuerzo para los <strong>salarios universitarios<\/strong>, de <strong>Becas Progresar, comedores escolares<\/strong> y se comprar\u00e1n computadoras.<\/p>\n<p>En la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social <\/strong>tambi\u00e9n se destinar\u00e1n m\u00e1s recursos a los programas <strong>Volver al Trabajo, Fomentar, Intercosecha<\/strong> y para <strong>prestaciones por desempleo<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la <strong>deuda p\u00fablica<\/strong>, se realiz\u00f3 un ajuste para <strong>pagar los servicios de la deuda <\/strong>del a\u00f1o y para<strong> pagar las obligaciones del Tesoro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>AS\/ff<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script>\n                !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s)\n                {if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?\n                    n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};\n                    if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0';\n                    n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;\n                    t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];\n                    s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window, document,'script',\n                    'https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/fbevents.js');\n                window.paywallConfig.facebook_pixel=\"1000228364089342\"\n            <\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este lunes 1 de diciembre el Gobierno ampli\u00f3 otra vez el Presupuesto 2025 y en esta oportunidad aument\u00f3 las partidas designadas para Salud, Seguridad, Educaci\u00f3n, la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES) y la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS).
