Nosotros es de 48<\/strong>\u201d, precis\u00f3 el abogado laboralista <strong>Mario Ackerman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Porque adem\u00e1s las famosas 8 horas ya no son 8 horas. Ahora son 9,10, 11<\/strong>. Es el tiempo que le lleva al trabajador viajar para ir a trabajar. Y ese tiempo no se roba a las jornadas, se roba al descanso, al ocio, a la familia, se roba a la libertad\u201d, detall\u00f3 a <em>Mitre C\u00f3rdoba<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que hay que decir es <strong>discutamos la jornada, pero no con esta manera absurda de hacer lo que se llama el banco de horas<\/strong>. El trabajador trabaja 12 horas un d\u00eda, 4 horas el otro seg\u00fan se le antoje al empleador.
