La C\u00e1mara de Diputados de San Juan aprob\u00f3 una ley que establece a octubre como el Mes del Deporte Inclusivo, con el objetivo de promover, visibilizar y garantizar el derecho al acceso al deporte para todas las personas, sin distinci\u00f3n de edad, g\u00e9nero, condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, social o cultural.<\/p>\n
La iniciativa fue presentada por el interbloque Cambia San Juan y fundamentada por el diputado Carlos Jaime Quiroga durante la D\u00e9cima Sesi\u00f3n, presidida por el vicegobernador Fabi\u00e1n Mart\u00edn, acompa\u00f1ado por los secretarios Gustavo Velert y Jorge Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n
El proyecto apunta a fomentar actividades deportivas no competitivas, que incentiven la participaci\u00f3n de toda la comunidad, y prev\u00e9 la creaci\u00f3n de espacios de formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n sobre inclusi\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito deportivo.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan se explic\u00f3 en el recinto, el deporte es una herramienta fundamental para la integraci\u00f3n social y la promoci\u00f3n de valores como el respeto, la solidaridad y el trabajo en equipo. Sin embargo, muchas personas todav\u00eda enfrentan barreras f\u00edsicas, econ\u00f3micas y culturales que limitan su acceso.<\/p>\n
\u201cEl objetivo es construir una sociedad m\u00e1s equitativa, donde el deporte est\u00e9 verdaderamente al alcance de todos\u201d, destac\u00f3 Quiroga durante su exposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Con esta ley, San Juan busca avanzar hacia un modelo deportivo m\u00e1s inclusivo y participativo, en el que cada ciudadano pueda disfrutar de los beneficios de la actividad f\u00edsica, tanto en lo recreativo como en lo social.<\/p>\n
Otras decisiones legislativas<\/h2>\n
En la misma sesi\u00f3n, la Legislatura aprob\u00f3 adem\u00e1s cuatro convenios provinciales. Entre ellos, uno con el INCUCAI y el Centro de Cuidados Intensivos San Juan para aumentar la disponibilidad de \u00f3rganos y tejidos para trasplante, y otro con la Distribuidora El\u00e9ctrica de Caucete S.A. (DECSA) en materia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n se ratific\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n tributaria entre la Municipalidad de la Ciudad de San Juan, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Rentas y el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, y se aval\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n de la II Edici\u00f3n del Premio Mario Solinas a la Calidad, orientado a la industria oliv\u00edcola.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, fueron declaradas de inter\u00e9s la Temporada Oficial de Ciclismo de Ruta 2025-2026, las XV Jornadas Hospitalarias de Jorge Oliva y el 19\u00ba Festival de la Chica y el Tomillo 2025 en Valle F\u00e9rtil.<\/p>\n
Compromiso con la inclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n
La sanci\u00f3n del Mes del Deporte Inclusivo consolida el compromiso de la provincia con una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que garantiza igualdad de oportunidades y promueve el deporte como medio de integraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
