El evento tendr\u00e1 lugar este viernes 19 de septiembre a las 17:30 horas en el Sal\u00f3n Ramella, y propone un an\u00e1lisis comparado de los marcos legales que regulan la protecci\u00f3n animal en ambos pa\u00edses, sumando tambi\u00e9n la mirada espec\u00edfica sobre la situaci\u00f3n en la provincia.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de referentes en la materia que expondr\u00e1n desde una perspectiva acad\u00e9mica y jur\u00eddica los avances normativos, los desaf\u00edos legislativos y las implicancias \u00e9ticas del Derecho Animal. Mar\u00eda Eva Blasco Hedo, profesora del M\u00e1ster en Derecho Ambiental y de la Sostenibilidad de la Universidad de Alicante (Espa\u00f1a), quien abordar\u00e1 los aspectos centrales de la reciente Ley de Bienestar Animal en Espa\u00f1a, considerada una de las normativas m\u00e1s avanzadas de Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Desde Argentina, la abogada Marcela Echegaray Mestre, maestranda en la misma universidad y subdirectora del IIDAM, ofrecer\u00e1 una mirada cr\u00edtica sobre el Derecho Animal en nuestro pa\u00eds, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de actualizar la legislaci\u00f3n vigente y fortalecer los mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Completando el panel, el abogado sanjuanino Adolfo L\u00f3pez Mart\u00ed, reconocido por su trayectoria como abogado animalista, aportar\u00e1 la perspectiva local con un enfoque en la situaci\u00f3n de San Juan y los desaf\u00edos jur\u00eddicos provinciales en la materia.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"intertitulo\">Una tem\u00e1tica en expansi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de los animales se han convertido en un eje de debate jur\u00eddico, \u00e9tico y social en todo el mundo.
