La propuesta, financiada por Teresa, busca ofrecer un refugio b\u00e1sico a los animales callejeros durante la temporada invernal. Seg\u00fan se pudo conocer, la mujer invirti\u00f3 alrededor de $800.000 en la compra y colocaci\u00f3n de las estructuras, pensadas exclusivamente para los meses m\u00e1s fr\u00edos del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Teresa realiz\u00f3 gestiones ante organismos p\u00fablicos y lleg\u00f3 a Casa de Gobierno donde le dieron el consentimiento informal de algunos funcionarios con los que pudo dialogar, y as\u00ed decidi\u00f3 continuar adelante con la propuesta y concretar la instalaci\u00f3n por cuenta propia junto a las voluntarias.<\/p>\n<p>Las casitas fueron colocadas en espacios p\u00fablicos como la Plaza 25 de Mayo, Plaza La Prida y Plaza Espa\u00f1a. Para evitar robos o actos de vandalismo, est\u00e1n atadas con cadenas y ubicadas en sectores con presencia policial. El objetivo es que permanezcan \u00fanicamente durante el invierno, y se retiren en verano para no interferir con el uso habitual del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, hay otras unidades disponibles a la espera de ubicaci\u00f3n. Se eval\u00faan nuevos sitios donde puedan colocarse sin generar conflictos, en un contexto donde el cuidado de los animales callejeros contin\u00faa siendo una deuda pendiente en muchas ciudades.
