{"id":138543,"date":"2025-07-22T20:44:13","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T23:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/las-provincias-aumentaron-el-gasto-y-redujeron-su-superavit\/"},"modified":"2025-07-22T20:44:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T23:44:14","slug":"las-provincias-aumentaron-el-gasto-y-redujeron-su-superavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/las-provincias-aumentaron-el-gasto-y-redujeron-su-superavit\/","title":{"rendered":"Las provincias aumentaron el gasto y redujeron su super\u00e1vit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph  --capital --s\">Mientras los gobernadores buscan, a trav\u00e9s de proyectos legislativos, obtener mayores ingresos mediante la coparticipaci\u00f3n de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/politica\/fondos-de-atn-de-aprobarse-la-ley-de-los-gobernadores-buenos-aires-seria-la-principal-beneficiada-nid14072025\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/politica\/fondos-de-atn-de-aprobarse-la-ley-de-los-gobernadores-buenos-aires-seria-la-principal-beneficiada-nid14072025\/\" class=\"com-link\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"n_link_parrafo\">Adelantos del Tesoro<\/a> y del impuesto a los combustibles, un informe privado revela que <strong>las provincias argentinas y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires aumentaron su gasto p\u00fablico en el primer trimestre de 2025, lo que provoc\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n del super\u00e1vit fiscal en t\u00e9rminos reales. <\/strong>A pesar del crecimiento de los ingresos, el ritmo del gasto fue mayor, lo que impact\u00f3 en las cuentas fiscales del consolidado de 23 jurisdicciones subnacionales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Seg\u00fan un estudio del Instituto Argentino de An\u00e1lisis Fiscal (Iaraf), que excluye a La Pampa del an\u00e1lisis por no disponer de informaci\u00f3n completa, los ingresos corrientes de las provincias y CABA tuvieron una suba real interanual del 8%, mientras que los ingresos de capital crecieron un 49%. <strong>En conjunto, los ingresos totales aumentaron un 8,2% real con respecto al mismo per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Del lado del gasto, el crecimiento fue m\u00e1s acelerado. Los gastos corrientes subieron un 15,5% interanual en t\u00e9rminos reales y el gasto de capital aument\u00f3 un 24,2%, lo que llev\u00f3 a una suba total del gasto p\u00fablico del 16,1%. Al descontar los intereses de deuda (que cayeron un 31,7% real)<strong>, el gasto primario \u2014que representa el grueso de las erogaciones estatales\u2014 se increment\u00f3 un 17,8%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">\u201c<strong>En 2025 el resultado primario fue superavitario por $2,8 billones en moneda de junio de 2025, lo que implica un descenso real interanual de 39,5%.<\/strong> <strong>El resultado fiscal fue superavitario por $2,2 billones<\/strong> en moneda de junio de 2025, luego de haberse registrado un super\u00e1vit fiscal de $3,8 billones en moneda de junio de 2025 en 2024. Es decir, <mark class=\"hl_underline\">el aumento del gasto primario real gener\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n del super\u00e1vit fiscal real del 41,2%\u201d, dijeron.<\/mark><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Hacia la segunda mitad del a\u00f1o, los autores del informe (que no desglosa los n\u00fameros provincia por provincia) se\u00f1alaron que, teniendo en cuenta el incremento de transferencias autom\u00e1ticas al primer semestre del 3,6% real interanual, <strong>un escenario muy optimista posiciona a los ingresos con un aumento real posible del 5% durante todo 2025, a nivel consolidado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">\u201cEsta perspectiva de ingresos hace que, <strong>si el gasto provincial crece m\u00e1s que ese techo, se reducir\u00e1 el resultado fiscal obtenido en 2024.<\/strong> Pero se insiste con que es un techo muy optimista. Lo m\u00e1s probable a esta altura del a\u00f1o es que los ingresos totales crezcan menos\u201d, agregaron.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Por \u00faltimo, indicaron que <strong>el gasto provincial va a reducir su ritmo de crecimiento durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses. <\/strong>A nivel de jurisdicciones, habr\u00e1 que observar la velocidad de desaceleraci\u00f3n de cada una.
