(AYSA), <\/strong> el Gobierno nacional public\u00f3 este martes el <strong data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"764\">Decreto 493\/2025<\/strong>, mediante el cual reemplaz\u00f3 el marco normativo vigente y autoriz\u00f3, por primera vez en casi dos d\u00e9cadas, el <strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"905\">corte del suministro por mora<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se le otorgaron \u201c<strong data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1798\">amplias facultades para auditar las obras<\/strong> dentro del \u00c1rea Regulada\u201d, as\u00ed como la posibilidad de constituir garant\u00edas con los ingresos de la concesi\u00f3n para respaldar financiamiento externo.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--fourth-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2270\">Tambi\u00e9n se estableci\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9gimen de relaciones entre los entes reguladores. El <strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2079\">ERAS (Ente Regulador de Agua y Saneamiento)<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2120\">Agencia de Planificaci\u00f3n (APLA)<\/strong> deber\u00e1n cooperar y podr\u00e1n ser convocados por la concesionaria o la sindicatura de usuarios ante cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas u operativas que as\u00ed lo ameriten.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--remaining-paragraph content-protected-false\">\n<p data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2740\">El decreto crea, adem\u00e1s, el <strong data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2383\">Plan Director de Mejora Estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong>, un instrumento t\u00e9cnico que ser\u00e1 elaborado por APLA y revisado cada cinco a\u00f1os. Su objetivo es identificar las obras prioritarias para extender el servicio en funci\u00f3n de criterios de viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y densidad poblacional. Aunque no tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter vinculante, servir\u00e1 como gu\u00eda para la planificaci\u00f3n de inversiones por parte de la futura concesionaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2740\"><strong data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2987\">\u00abResulta pertinente adoptar con celeridad medidas que permitan viabilizar urgentemente las inversiones necesarias y garantizar la mejora sostenida en las condiciones de prestaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico de agua potable y desag\u00fces cloacales\u00bb,<\/strong> sostiene el decreto presidencial.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2740\">Reconfiguraci\u00f3n societaria de AYSA<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3469\">Con la modificaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 del Decreto 304\/2006, el Ejecutivo dej\u00f3 sin efecto el car\u00e1cter intransferible de las acciones del Estado en la sociedad.
