Creador de la empresa <strong>Alas del Sur, <\/strong>no es un novato en el sector: durante el gobierno de Mauricio Macri obtuvo los derechos para volar, pero finalmente <strong>le vendi\u00f3 las habilitaciones a Jetsmart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">\u201cEstuvimos buscando capital por mucho tiempo y entonces evaluamos y decidimos <strong>venderle a Indigo Partners<\/strong> porque no est\u00e1bamos listos para operar. A partir de ah\u00ed, pensamos un modelo de negocios con mayor expertise, con socios argentinos y americanos, y<strong> ahora s\u00ed creemos que es nuestro momento para lanzar la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d,<\/strong> cont\u00f3 Toscano en di\u00e1logo con <strong>LA NACION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Domus Airways comenz\u00f3 en 2018 como un proyecto en Estados Unidos, pero luego decidieron traerlo a la Argentina. \u201cTenemos a <strong>exejecutivos de American Airlines, de Virgin America, de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas y de Latam, <\/strong>gente valiosa en el mercado, adem\u00e1s de una relaci\u00f3n de trabajo con Airbus\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Seg\u00fan Toscano, comenzar\u00e1n a hacer vuelos regulares en la Argentina dentro de 24 meses, con un<strong> Airbus A220-100 <\/strong>con una configuraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de <strong>60 pasajeros<\/strong> y <strong>dos clases: business y premium economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">\u201cTenemos dos planes estrat\u00e9gicos: traer aviones para volar en modo ch\u00e1rter y <strong>comenzar la certificaci\u00f3n de la empresa para obtener el Certificado de Explotador de Servicios A\u00e9reos (CESA).<\/strong> El modelo apunta a un sector intermedio, un sector premium que pagar\u00eda entre US$3500 y US$4000 por un pasaje en business, pero no US$5000\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">El empresario asegur\u00f3 que <strong>no buscan competir con las low cost <\/strong>ni directamente con Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas. <strong>\u201cNuestra b\u00fasqueda es ser una compa\u00f1\u00eda complementaria, con asociaciones con compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edderes <\/strong>para complementar lo que el mercado requiere: un servicio m\u00e1s eficiente, con mejores tarifas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">La aerol\u00ednea tiene proyectado operar las siguientes rutas: Buenos Aires\u2013C\u00f3rdoba; Buenos Aires\u2013Mendoza; Buenos Aires\u2013Neuqu\u00e9n; Buenos Aires\u2013San Pablo\u2013Florian\u00f3polis\u2013R\u00edo de Janeiro; Buenos Aires\u2013Lima\u2013Miami; Buenos Aires\u2013Asunci\u00f3n\u2013Miami; Buenos Aires\u2013Montevideo\u2013Punta del Este; Buenos Aires\u2013Bogot\u00e1\u2013Medell\u00edn\u2013Miami; Buenos Aires\u2013Santiago de Chile\u2013Miami; y Buenos Aires\u2013Lima\u2013Houston.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">\u201cEl modelo de avi\u00f3n da para llegar a Estados Unidos, pero la idea es volar tambi\u00e9n internamente, a Brasil y conectar con el Caribe.<strong> Es un modelo de negocios validado por Airbus, y eso hace que la tarifa baje\u201d,<\/strong> apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<section class=\"container-center-100 mb-40\">\n<hr\/>\n<\/section>\n<hr class=\"border border-bottom border-thin border-neutral-light-700 mb-32\"\/><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dami\u00e1n Toscano es el presidente de Domus Airways, la empresa que fue autorizada en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas a hacer vuelos de cabotaje en el pa\u00eds.
