Hasta el mediod\u00eda, la afluencia de clientes fue alta, especialmente en horas en las que la gente aprovech\u00f3 para recorrer las calles y disfrutar del d\u00eda en el centro sanjuanino. S\u00f3lo las instituciones bancarias y algunas entidades p\u00fablicas permanecieron con sus persianas bajadas.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, los servicios de transporte tambi\u00e9n retomaron su actividad habitual. Los colectivos volvieron a operar con normalidad, mientras que los taxis y remises mantuvieron su dinamismo, pese a que el feriado no laboral fue declarado con fines tur\u00edsticos por el Gobierno nacional.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los servicios de estacionamiento controlado, el ECO ajust\u00f3 su horario habitual: por excepci\u00f3n, comenz\u00f3 a funcionar a las 9 en lugar de las 7, y en su aplicaci\u00f3n se pod\u00eda leer un cartel informando sobre el horario especial de ese d\u00eda.
