La Uni\u00f3n Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) confirm\u00f3 un paro nacional de colectivos por 24 horas para el pr\u00f3ximo martes 6 de mayo, en respuesta al estancamiento en las negociaciones paritarias con las c\u00e1maras empresariales y la finalizaci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo de conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria. En San Juan, la medida tendr\u00e1 impacto.<\/p>\n
El conflicto entre el gremio que nuclea a los choferes y las empresas de transporte de pasajeros de corta y media distancia se agudiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles, luego de una audiencia en la que no se logr\u00f3 avanzar en una propuesta concreta que pudiera desactivar la medida de fuerza.<\/p>\n
En un comunicado oficial, la UTA detall\u00f3:<\/p>\n
\u201cPese a las gestiones realizadas por este Consejo Directivo Nacional, hasta el momento no se ha podido mejorar el ofrecimiento empresarial y se ha agotado el periodo de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral Obligatoria. Conforme ello, como primera medida, se ha resuelto un paro de actividades por 24 horas para el d\u00eda martes 06 de mayo del corriente, a partir de las 00:00 hs. a nivel nacional, en empresas de transporte de pasajeros de corta y media distancia\u201d.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan el gremio, el ofrecimiento empresarial resulta insuficiente para enfrentar la inflaci\u00f3n y garantizar condiciones dignas para los trabajadores. La propuesta inclu\u00eda incrementos no remunerativos de $40.000 el 26 de mayo, $50.000 el 16 de junio y $70.000 el 15 de julio. Tambi\u00e9n planteaba un salario b\u00e1sico de $1.270.000. La organizaci\u00f3n sindical fue contundente en su rechazo:<\/p>\n
\u201cLos empresarios han ofrecido por los meses de febrero, marzo, abril, mayo y junio un incremento remunerativo de menos del 6% a pagarse a partir del mes de junio. Con ello se ofrecen sumas no remunerativas de $40.000 para el 26 de mayo; $50.000 el 16 de junio y $70.000 el 15 de julio. Una falta de respeto\u201d.<\/p>\n
El reclamo del gremio es llevar el salario b\u00e1sico de los actuales $1.200.000 a $1.700.000. Roberto Fern\u00e1ndez, Jorge Kiener, Luis Arcando y Francisco Valdez participaron como representantes de los trabajadores en la \u00faltima audiencia, donde volvieron a exigir un ajuste acorde a la suba de precios mensual, que ronda entre el 3% y el 4%.<\/p>\n
Las c\u00e1maras empresariales, por su parte, justificaron la falta de oferta formal alegando un desfinanciamiento estructural. Desde FATAP, su secretario Gustavo Larrea afirm\u00f3 que el sector \u201cno puede formular ninguna propuesta\u201d debido a que no cuentan con los fondos suficientes y explic\u00f3 que el d\u00e9ficit operativo asciende al 40% debido al desfase entre costos reales y los ingresos provenientes de tarifas y subsidios estatales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
