Los datos surgen de un informe del<strong> Observatorio de Empleo y Din\u00e1mica Empresarial<\/strong> del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, sobre la base del <strong>Sistema Integrado Previsional Argentino <\/strong>(SIPA).       As\u00ed se supo que, en mayo de 2023, <strong>el empleo privado formal <\/strong>en la industria <strong>creci\u00f3 0,2% <\/strong>respecto el mes anterior y un <strong>3,2% <\/strong>interanual, as\u00ed contin\u00faa registrando tasas anuales de crecimiento que no se registraban desde 2011-2012.         \u201cLos<strong> datos de empleo demuestran que el foco del gobierno nacional<\/strong> y del equipo econ\u00f3mico liderado por <strong>Sergio Massa<\/strong> se concentran de manera concreta en <strong>sostener la actividad productiva<\/strong> en todo el pa\u00eds\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Secretario de Industria y Desarrollo Productivo, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio de Mendiguren.    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/whatsapp-image-2023-08-05-at-094037jpeg.jpe\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a los datos del <strong>Observatorio de Empleo y Din\u00e1mica Empresarial<\/strong>, en mayo de 2023 la <strong>industria <\/strong>super\u00f3 el <strong>1.186.190 trabajadores y trabajadoras formales<\/strong>, y present\u00f3 el nivel de empleo m\u00e1s alto en m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os (desde febrero de 2018). El empleo industrial formal creci\u00f3 en mayo un<strong> 3,2% <\/strong>en t\u00e9rminos interanuales, lo que implica m\u00e1s de 36.850 personas con trabajo industrial privado en un a\u00f1o, y un 0,2% respecto abril de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>  La <strong>industria <\/strong>ha sido una gran palanca de la<strong> recuperaci\u00f3n del empleo formal<\/strong>, que alcanz\u00f3 su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde hace al menos once a\u00f1os. Despu\u00e9s de <strong>comercio <\/strong>y <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, fue el tercer sector productivo que m\u00e1s explic\u00f3 el crecimiento del empleo privado formal total del mes de mayo. En tanto, comparado con la pre-pandemia (diciembre de 2019), ya acumula m\u00e1s de 101.900 trabajadores\/as formales m\u00e1s (+9,4%). <\/p>\n<h2>Empleo formal: en su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde al menos 2012<\/h2>\n<p>En <strong>mayo<\/strong>, el <strong>empleo registrado total <\/strong>de la econom\u00eda exhibi\u00f3 el <strong>nivel m\u00e1s alto desde al menos 11 a\u00f1os<\/strong> (enero de 2012, inicio de la serie), y ascendi\u00f3 en este mes a 13.160.321 empleos; implic\u00f3 un aumento de 0,3% respecto a abril (+45.877 empleos) y encaden\u00f3 29 meses de subas mensuales consecutivas. En la comparaci\u00f3n interanual (mayo de 2022) se registr\u00f3 un incremento de 4,1% (519.592 empleos m\u00e1s).<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la pre-pandemia (diciembre 2019),<strong> se incorporaron m\u00e1s de 1.067.000 personas al mercado de trabajo formal<\/strong>. Y m\u00e1s de un tercio de este aumento fue explicado por el incremento en el empleo privado registrado.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gysfm.com.ar\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/massa-empleo.jpe\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al <strong>empleo privado formal <\/strong>de la econom\u00eda, acumul\u00f3<strong> 34 meses consecutivos de creaci\u00f3n de nuevas fuentes de trabajo<\/strong> (351.630 empleos extra desde la pre-pandemia en diciembre de 2019). Present\u00f3 el nivel m\u00e1s alto desde al menos los \u00faltimos 14 a\u00f1os (desde al menos 2009 inicio de la serie) y alcanz\u00f3 a 6.341.517 asalariados formales en mayo de 2023 lo que implica un incremento de 0,3% respecto a abril (18.000 empleos nuevos en un mes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Respecto a mayo de 2022<\/strong>, <strong>creci\u00f3 un 3,7%<\/strong> y se registr\u00f3 tasas anuales de crecimiento del empleo cercanas o superiores al 4%, desde enero 2022 a mayo 2023, algo que no se observaba desde 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En 11 de 14 sectores <\/strong>de la econom\u00eda<strong> se cre\u00f3 empleo formal<\/strong> frente a un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s, y tambi\u00e9n si se lo compara con el mes anterior. Las actividades que m\u00e1s contribuyeron al crecimiento anual fueron <strong>comercio y reparaciones<\/strong>; <strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>; <strong>industria<\/strong>; y <strong>hoteles<\/strong> y <strong>restaurantes<\/strong>. Entre ellos, 6 est\u00e1n en sus m\u00e1ximos niveles desde al menos 2009 (que inicia la serie).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte,<strong> 23 de 24 provincias <\/strong>exhibieron <strong>aumentos en mayo<\/strong> en t\u00e9rminos interanuales del <strong>empleo <\/strong>registrado privado. Las mayores subas se dieron en: <strong>Catamarca <\/strong>(+18,6% i.a.), <strong>Neuqu\u00e9n <\/strong>(+13,3% i.a.), <strong>La Rioja <\/strong>(+10,5% i.a.) y <strong>Salta <\/strong>(+8,6% i.a.).
